Great video mate! I love the editing a lot, it's really entertaining! Your voice is also edited extremely well and its quality is also really good
Your maps are also note-worthy, as I've never seen anyone do a Eurasian map before and I must say, it looks really good! The only thing I would suggest improving are the thumbnails, as they don't seem to be the most optimal for growth
Other than that, this channel is very underrated and I am surprised have >400 subscribers.

But what about the power of the Caliphate? the Shah fell 'cause he had no real legitamacy and was seen as a liberal like Kamal Attaturk (hence why his multiple Haj pilgrimages)
The Sultan of Turkey was also the Caliphate of all Sunni Muslims across the world, I find it hard to believe the local population who'd rebel against Attaturk's secularization enough to put the Sultan back, would give up on right wing conservatism, Turkey would find allies in muslim majority nations if it is capable of exerting its role as the Spiritual centre of the islamic faith (although not having de facto control over Mecca & Medina would be a major hindrance to this.)
I still don't think he'd lose the crown, and would probably survive the great depression, like the British Monarchy did. It'd also likely get a seat on the UN (security council), as it did in the League of Nations.

There are so many issues with this timeline.
1. A communist Germany would make the British and French more aggressive to Germany not less. It would also most certainly lead to war with the Allies (especially if they get in war with Italy: although that depends if Italy invaded Ethiopia in this timeline). Also the US would certainly join the war as communism was viewed with much more distain by the US population that fascism and the government could convince the populace by 1942. Plus the US would provide lead lease to the Allies and as the Germans would try to limit trade as they couldn’t win otherwise; they would most assuredly attack a US vessel. Resulting in justification whenever the US government wanted to join.
2. This Germany would objectively be worst militarily.
- The majority of generals were ultra conservative (Prussians) and thus useless to the German state. This would probably result in a purge of the German high command.
-Hitler and the Nazis were almost fanatical in their tactics and rearmed at a breakneck speed. A communist state would in theory invest a lot of more in social programs and less in rearmament.
-The allies would also be much harsher in imposing sanctions against the German state as the would view a communist state as greater threat as opposed to a fascist one.
3. This Germany would not invade through the Ardennes and thus breaking France and encircling the Allied would just not happen. It was specifically Hitler going against conventional military wisdom by invading the Ardennes that caused France to capitulate. Also with worst leadership, blitzkrieg would just not be as effective in this timeline.
4. France having the Ruhr with the Rhineland being demilitarized would make the invasion of France impossible. This is basically a stronger and more industrialized France with a better defensive position (with the demilitarized Rhineland) fighting a weaker Germany in a worst position with worst leadership.
Overall the Germans would not get close the level the got in the video. Especially if their allies are just Hungary and Yugoslavia!
Ps: I don’t want you to take this the wrong way as I have watched some of your videos and found them very interesting. You have a lot of potential to make great videos. It’s just I thought there were a lot of holes in this video. However it’s alternate history so I could be completely wrong also.🙃

Russia would go towards a heavy industrialization and populational growth, we would have a gigantic empire in the 21th century

The French Syrian colony in the Middle East should be extended eastward with a tiny strip to create a buffer state that separates British and Russian colonial holdings. This practice can be seen in Afghanistan for the exact same reason.

Interesting ,but i think Russia would have still industrialised, Maybe even quicker than than in our timeline since:
1. they could rely on the industry of their puppets.
2. They dont have to fight a civil war
3. They would also gain war reparations of germany.
4. They where industrialising already in our timeline.
5. they would have a far more balanced economy.
i would actually think russia would become the biggest threat.
if there would be a second war i see russia staying allied with france and maybe italy vs england german maybe japan. who knows wo would win that.

Though these points are true, don't underestimate the ineptitude of the Russian government. Even though they were receiving more reparations and exploiting the industries of their puppets, they would not grow exponentially period as shown in the graph in the video, Russian industry remained relatively stagnant over A one hundred Year period. Just because they receive these bonuses doesn't mean that they are suddenly going to magically reach the same levels of industry as the soviets. They would be hit more by the great depression.Which may or may not collapse their entire nation which would also allow germany to default on its war reparations. The only real benefit that russia has in this timeline is that doesn't have to fight a civil war , but that is offset by Being affected by the great depression.

What if franco British union formed after ww2 or what if Britain joined central powers in ww1 and Germans and British be allies in ww2 or even after be allies could split the scenario in 2 such as could be rivals and have a Cold War like the US and soviets did. Great video.

I think your really over estimating the communists drive to industrialize compared to the capitalist one but you didn’t specify how capitalist Russia is in the time line but I still think it a bit unrealistic
