Since his body is tech from around the same age as the Problem and theyre both pretty old so there wouldnt have been anything around to connect to the Problem. Theres some old connectors out there whose fitting cables are pretty hard to come by especially on such a short notice. So basically, Brock knocking out Vendata (which caused him to regain memories and come back to Newark) in that earlier season came back to save everyones asses.

I kind of love how clumsy Brock was this season. He had plenty of time being an implacable badass, but he can't _always_ be like that. Being off his game and getting his fair share of the slapstick also serves to make him less of the focus, since this season was more about both pairs of Venture brothers
I think it also added a little more nuance to his character as well. He doesn’t seem any less capable than he’s ever been. But Brock is definitely shown to be more than just a one-note murder maniac the longer the series goes on.
I do feel they might have made him a little too silly, though. Like it's fine to set him aside, but he could've been shown to be more relaxed instead of clumsy.
Honestly it's more of a return to form than anything else. He seemed almost invincible in seasons 3-5 compared to 1-2. He definitely ACTED more macho in the early seasons, but he also got taken down by the Monarch's henchmen on at least 4 separate occasions that I can think of (ep1 with the truck, the testicular torsion ep, the one where he gets shot and phantom limb saves him, and right before the wedding they ambush him even while drunk). Brock IS a big, strong, scary guy, but his reputation in universe and with fans is even bigger than he is. And Red Death would beat him! 😉

Nah. If anything, Rusty leaving his toys there was the universe's way of telling Gentleman,Rodney and Kano to let Jonas die and remain dead. Plus their lives turned out better since he's been gone. Gentleman, Rodney and Ms Whalen on Christopher St, Kano living in solitude away from the man who took him away from the only person who saw him as an equal (whom he was forced to put down as Venturion) and the Boxer dude and Hector got better employment under JJ before the Investors got out of pocket (w/ "Bowie" couldn't arsed to ask Killinger to step in properly)
About that toy thing. Rusty was in college when Jonas 'died', did no one move that car for like 15 years. Or was it dropped by a certain newspaper boy.

Random theory post: I always thought MUTHER, had a bigger part to the Venture story, and seeing that the Blue Morpho being a cyborg created by Jonas, it made me think, could MUTHER be collected mind of Blue Murpho's wife and also Rusty and Monarch's mother? When she goes, "Dr. Venture, I need to tell you something", I think she was going to reveal that she had a boy on that plane, but due to the malfunction and mutating the children underground Jonas just let bygones be bygones.
After re-watching these clips I am quite surprised that the company is not yet in bankrupt, Rusty has been in charge for two seasons and crap like this keeps happening also, repairing the damage this kind of incidents bring must not be cheap (Haranguetan also caused plenty of destruction), I doubt they can even get insurance anymore, the Captain and those nameless board members must be quite capable but who knows they can withstand the deluge of ineptitude.
That's a good question. Maybe the government/OSI has some stake in Venture Industries since it's been shown in previous episodes that they provide the gov't and military with "super-science". If they did then they'd definitely have the power to keep it afloat despite Rusty's management.

in all fairness it IS quite a difficult show to get into, you have to watch everything before to get whats going on. Its not as simple to get into as Rick and Morty. And the first few seasons of Vbros are not only difficult to find online, but also kinda difficult to pass the really OLD animation style for most audiences

The blue morpho was the monarchs father, not his biological one but I digress, the blue morpho was friends with jonas, so when he died in a plane crash (as seen in the monarch's origin) jonas rebuilt him as venturion the android, but when he eventually freaked out on rusty cause he thought he was his son of something, they threw him in a dumpster, where he was found by Dr Z, who rebuilt him into the villain vendata, until the episode where Brock takes vendata's clothes and in the struggle triggers something in vendata to make him remember his past, so he walks to his house, puts on the the blue morpho costume and goes out to find jonas, and here we are
