Day 21: Long SAT NAMS Mantra Meditation - Healing Meditation to Shift Your Mindset (15-Min)

  • Detox Yoga Fusion Day 21: Shift your energy through sound healing! This powerful mantra meditation will challenge you as it centers you. Create inner alignment: body, mind and spirit. We'll be chanting a long Sat Nam (which means "truth is my identity") for 8-minutes. After, we'll sit together in silent meditation, absorbing the benefits of the sound healing for another 7-minutes. Keep your gaze rolled up and in toward your Third Eye center (space between and just above the eyebrows) best you can throughout the practice. If you want to profoundly shift your energy in a short amount of time, this Kundalini-based, 15-minute mantra meditation is the answer. Come back to it again and again and watch your breath and lung capacity expand.

    Aaaaaaand I’m done! Thank you so much for this beautiful and very effective program. I love the fusion idea since I enjoy doing both kundalini and « stretching » yoga every day but rarely find the time to do so, so having different styles of yoga all rolled up in
    one video is great.
    I am longing for 45-minutes to 1-hour complete workouts that would include vinyasa warm-up, a little cardio, yin stretching, kundalini exercises, savasana and meditation. We could even put some Pilates in there for good measure.
    Either that or I could just find 15-minute cardio videos and mix them with yours.

    Wonderful completion of this series. I definitely got much more out of this practice the second time around. I now appreciate chanting as I could not when I completed this series the first time. It is so grounding. I was not open to it before and obviously it is such a mind altering experience. Thank you so much for having these awesome classes available.     I loved the Chanting! It didn`t feel like 17 minutes, more like 5 minutes. Can you do more Chanting classes?

    What a finale. I personally felt the vibration so strong. It was gentle and I wanted to move alongside it. It was powerful experience. Thank you Brett for this challenge. It shifted my thoughts about Yoga. It hurt a little(Hamstrings and hips ;D), but it was just beautiful experience. I am now searching where I can learn and practice Yoga and Meditation locally. This challenge came to me at a hard times and not just helped me, but changed my mindset and perception what I want in life generally. Thank you Brett. Much love, respect and all the best wishes. I am so grateful, that you made this challenge free and accessible. :)

    Wow finally finished this took about 8 weeks as was interrupted by other more current challenges etc. This was powerful, I couldn't sleep afterwards I had so much inspiration and so many ideas so I think this is more of a morning meditation!

    I want to thank you deeply for this detox yoga fusion! (all this series of videos) is unique !!! I practice yoga since I was 12 years old. I already have more than 30 jajjajajajaja I have been practicing one hour in the morning every day for a long time and meditating in the afternoon. and these sessions are really refreshing in everyday practice. thank you very much!!! 💚

    Love, love, love this beautiful chanting meditation. I think it will be part of my meditation routine from now on! And I have to say that I really miss your Kundalini mini meditation classes, they helped me a lot and your guidance was very precius. For example I heard about the powerful meditation of "aad saccch jugaas saccch..." but I don't konw how to practice. :-(

    Loved this practice!! One question: is there an in breath in the pause betweeen the Sat and Nam ?
