    Wow so this was hard on the arms but sooooo worth it! I felt a very warm, powerful melting, kind of a filling in of my heart chakra. And the gratitude part and how it felt was just beautiful. Thank you 💜

    I follow this sequence on sunday, in the end I was criying heavilly, no control! It was very strong for me. I did again today, it felt again strong, but this time I feel positive and optimistic :) thanks Brett!

    It was great! I saw lots of colors at the end with bone eyes, mostly purple color. I felt positive and happy.

    Loved it. I've been trying to do Kundalini stuff but I end up getting a little scared because the movements make my nerve pain flare up. I have to modify them a lot. Doing this even if I couldn't do the arm movements for as long, this felt amazing. I feel like I am made of happy clouds. Thanks for showing us how to do this. The affirmation is super relevant to my life right now too. Got a new adventure starting soon and the excitement keeps turning to fear.
