- So Hum is derived from Sanskrit and literally means “I am That” . it means identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality. As we meditate on this, we realise that we are all one, we have all come from one Infinite Source, and a part (Ansh) of that infinite source is present in all of us. We are all connected.
“You are the same as I am” OM is the sound of universe. Om Soham ~ I am the universe, I am part of it, I am connected to that Infinite source.

I lost my dad less than a month ago. I am struggling. I miss him so much beyond words. This made me cry but at the same time gave me peace. I wish i can talk to him and tell him we will be okay and all i want is for him to be happy.

I saw the Universe turing clock wise in bright "beautiful " colors and me dancing with it skipping and turning in circles with the Universe til I spend my arms out and let the colors of the rainbows come out! Then sending out pure white light of Love out sprinkle with color of gold! Then in the middle of the Universe was a brilliant white circle forming pull me through it just heavenly all the love and healing there and much more! peace and healing love to all in the Universe and beyond...

2016, my son left. I don’t say i lost him. He is not lost but just went ahead early. I think he was blessed. Grief comes in waves that sometimes disappear to come crashing in later. You are here so expanding your joy, compassion, helping others in their suffering seems to be the way through.
