I just had hysterectomy and I hemoraged the day after surgery. I had to have the cuff restitched. I pray that it doesn't happen again. I do have a lot of pain but I'm 2 weeks post-op and I am still bleeding on and off.

Thank you for sharing. I’m having bleeding and burning and pressure and just thought it was “normal” but finally going back to the gyn this Tuesday. I over did it for sure. I we r back to work two weeks after my hysterectomy because I’m the only one that works and I had to take care of my mother. I had a hemorrhoidectomy a month after the hysterectomy and went back to work 3 days after that. Yeah, I know. You’d think I wouldn’t be able to go back so soon but I was able to talk them into letting me go back sooner than expected. I work in the office with my doctors so I don’t really do anything strenuous except when I get home…I over do it at home. I’m sure I’ll have to have another surgery. This time I will behave. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m going through a ‘revision’ next week and I am in severe pain 8 weeks after my hysterectomy. I’m so disappointed and hoping it doesn’t shorten my vagina.
