  • These amazing Hmong chicken herbs are not only tasty but also good for your bodies. Most of these herbs are Chinese medicine plants. They've been used to treat health problems for a long times. No wonder we feel better and more energized after eating. After watching this video, you'll love these amazing herbs even more.     Hi, after months searching, I found most English names and uses for these amazing herbs.They are not just taste good but also medicine plants and have been used to treat many health problems.     I cant remember the hmong name but the plant Lovage is also good to cook with chicken.

      Where do you live? In MN, hmong people sell them at Hmong villages and hmong town. You can also order online at Hmong specialty plants and herbs.

    Does anyone know the difference between Pawj Qaib and Ncaug Dub? These two plants look so similar, are they the same plant or different?

      Pawn Qaib is also known as Japanese sweet flag it is not the same Ncaug Dub which has broader leafs and also go by the name Tshuaj 7 hnub… it’s good for infected open wound usually root is use with steamed poultry etc… help fight infections and heal wound quickly.

      lemongrass can be used as tea. For others, I've not searched deep enough yet. I believe some of them can be used as tea. Thanks
