Can we substitute the tamarind concentrate for the powder? I’m not sure if it’s the powder but I remember seeing one of my aunts making it once and they used some kind of packet. If I were to use the tamarind concentrate, how do I prepare that or does it come like that already?

Yes you can use the tamarind powder. That’s what I use on mines.
