I'm so happy I found your page! 🥺💕 no one in my family taught me how to cook asian food nor does my siblings know how. So my journey starts with learning from you! 😁 thank you so much ❤️
I'm so Mexican lol & I grew up by a little Asian store called ac Market in Fresno Ca & I never knew the name of this but I looove it I grew up buying it at the corner store!
I'm not sure how i got here, but I'm intrigued. It's beautiful! I'm clueless about the ingredients, lol. Not a part of my cultural cuisine as a Puerto Rican. Thank you for sharing! It will help others appreciate food from different backgrounds.
Looks very tasty and beautifully made, i can't wait to try it out hopefully i won't be disappointed. Lol. So nervous... Thanks for sharing, i will be checking out more videos of yours.
Basil seeds remind me of frog eggs. 😂. This and faloda look like a good idea for the summer. I think I’ll combine the two. I love coconut so I definitely will incorporate that. Thank you
This dessert you can find different versions of it in a lot of southeast asian countries. In Laos this dessert is pronounced "naam whan" (it means sweet water/drink) which is why the name of your dish is so similar to the lao word for it. A lot of Hmong people live in the mountains and rural areas of Laos when they migrated from Mongolia all those centuries ago. I see a lot of your dishes on your channel have similar/exact Lao names as well. I make my "naam whan" with fresh corn sliced off the cob, jack fruit, the pink water chestnuts, toddy palm, mango chunks, and some pandan jellies. Your version looks really yummy too, but I'm not a fan of basil seeds.
