One of the BEST overall MHW build videos I have seen. Great music, great info and very professionally put together. I really enjoyed it from an entertainment view and more importantly from learning a great build, with each component explaining what it does. Outstanding.
Love your build! I just wanna point out that if you choose another slot upgrade for the last augmentation, you would be able to replace Crit Eye lvl3 with Handicraft lvl2 (or even lvl3 if you have 3 mighty jewels), which would provide you with white sharpness and it would pair well with speed sharpening and protective polish that you already have. Just something to consider.
that's a very good point. white sharpness is very nice for this build because more parts are considered as weak spots under white sharpness. Thanks for the suggestion =)
Are you sure you can get Handicraft 3? I've looked into many combinations and all I can get is Handicraft 2 in exchange for Critical Eye 3. Is that worth it?
I posted my comment before they added the Kulve Taroth gear/event. You only really need Handicraft 2 to reach white sharpness, and you can maintain it by utilising Speed Sharpening 3 and Protective Polish. Thanks to the new gear introduced you don’t have to augment two slots on the weapon to replace critical eye 3 with Handicraft 2 while keeping the other skills unlike before. Lumu Tabar III with augments: Affinity, Slot, Free Zorah Chest Beta Zorah Arms Beta Kulve Taroth Waist Alpha Zora Legs Beta Mighty Charm II Decorations: Release Jewel, Tenderizer Jewel, Mighty Jewel, Sharp Jewel, Blast Jewel and Grinder Jewel x3 You can also try the same build posted in the video with the rarity 8 Taroth Slicer “Blast”, which sports a little higher Blast, but comes with only one lvl3 decoration slot and 1 augmentation. Do you think this would work with the new Lunastra xino sns it has lower blas and u still need affinity augment but with weak exploit and maximum might along with 3 Zorah pieces and 1 blast gem you get 3 blast attack skill 50 crit from weak exploit 30 crit maximum might 20 crit weapon Razors sharp weapon with nat white Enough room to gem in crit boost to max And stat crit from set bonus And you should have a fair amount of slots left over for somthing else because I originally build this exact thing I’m writing with crit eye at max and it still had enough slots fore all skills just nothing left over

Nice video. I have question, not related to blast... So how you can set your head/face without helmet all the time? Is it layered armor setting? Or theres dlc for this?
i also wonder how good it works with switch axe. I actually tried it a few times, not work very well for me. but I am very bad at switch axe so it is very likely i did not use it right xD
Bombardier works on switch axe zero sum discharge ive tested it with teostra SA plus 3 peice nerg. set for life steal blast charm for 3 blast attacks my build does 100% Affinity weak spots and 50% normally

I forgot Lumu has innate blast. It doesn't fit whatsoever, but I'm not complaining if it works xD

i wonder the same... i just augment the health regen to a bow, which is the worst idea ever =( i have the same feeling to sns..

I put 2x regen on my barroth sns with vaal armor set. Works pretty well especially sns is quick

you can hide your helmet in option menu =3
can i replace this for the taroth blast sns? it's the only sns i got from it
the blast value is not very high compare to lumu sns, so may not work very well =/

how do you get those jewels? 210 hours and all i have are 3 grinder decorations for this set... stupid RNG.

Tehimage that gem is just 5% affinity, you'd still have 95% which is hella good

Nice build, but I rather use teostra with 90% affinity and lv5 handicraft over lumu with 100% affinity (me build has zorah domain ofc).
teostra sns is also a good option. I simply want to make the blast to the extreme, but it is not necessary in principle =)
aquCHAOS have you tried zorah daggers with apotheraphy mantle? THAT is blast taken to an extreme.
