I love finding new ways to use up more scraps. Thank you.
So glad!
I love this cute pattern. I can see it in Christmas, Halloween, or any holiday theme ❤. Gorgeous!
I'm glad you like it.
Thank you for the pattern. I know this is weird, because, after all you ARE The Jelly Roll Club. I don't have a jelly roll pattern in my stash that would get close enough to any of my charm packs, but... I did some math, and if I got it right, I could use a layer cake for the twin size. I'd cut 48 5" squares, then use the remaining fabric to cut the bricks. I'd have to do 3.75" bricks. Then, I figured I'd have to piece a few, maybe 3 or 4, with the scraps to get 220, but that's no big deal. I've done that before when I was short fabric with no problem because once the quilt is put together, quilted, washed and dried no one sees it. Especially with a busy small scale print. I'm looking forward to your follow-up video to see how this looks when you finish it. I found you on Instagram and I'll hashtag you as I go. It might be a minute because I have way too many projects going right now, 😅. But I really like this pattern. You are a good teacher. Someone posted your cover of the Duckworth quilt, that's how I found you.
Thank you so much for all your sharing 😊
It's my pleasure
Thank you for sharing!
My pleasure!
Thanks!
Thank you for sharing this. I buy charm packs and love that while you used jelly rolls, this can be a charm quilt. (I'm thinking scrappy light background and scrappy mediums and darks where you used navy/citron.)
Wow, it's so much easier than it looks! Thank you for that!
You bet!
Thank You!
Yay!! So happy
Hi everyone. I love teals and blues.
Hi. All.. living in SOUTH Dakota ❤❤
So cool!
I have a fabric line (jelly roll and charm pack) , Adele in Spring by Riley Blake for Moda Fabrics that I plan to use. I didn't realize that it was intended to be scrappy, so I will follow my grandmothers (both sides of the family) and do a deep dive into my stash and use Muslin for the background. :)
You can use a pre-cut or scrappy - the choice is yours.
Thank you Ivonne! I have been cutting my scraps to 4.5"x2.5" rectangles for 'potato chip' blocks but I'm going to see if I can adjust your pattern to use them.
Sounds great!
Loved the quilt! Also, is there a way to up your volume? I had my VOLUME at 100% to be able to hear you. Thanks
I just got a new mike and I have fixed my volume issues.
Hello from Oklahoma!!
Hello from Massachusetts ! What is the make of your sewing machine machine? Thank you , love your videos 💕
I use two main machines. A brother Pq1500 and a Bernina 730. I also enjoy my vintage Singer 301a... it depends on the task.
With your friend, how did you use the Paris fabric?
