Cooker. 3 tsp oil. Mustard. Vendhayam.
8 garlics. 1 big onion.
Saute 2 mins. 4 dry chilli.
1 medium tomato / 2 small. Saute 2 mins.
Add surakkai
Turmrc powd. Salt.
Hlf tsp chilli pwd
1 & hlf tsp coriander pwd
Saute 1 min
Add 250ml water. Less water enough
Leave 3 whistles
Take excess water out. Mash
Corainder lvs
