Great video Kaat! I would be like you and have to restrain myself from buying a lot of items! The limited space due to taking it back on a plane is a good way to control spending! Looks like you made the best of the weather. Always nice reconnecting with friends. I've done a little over 700 miles of the A.T. Hoping when I get my arthritis under control I can continue. If you haven't hiked any of the A.T., I hope you get to!
I hiked a little bit with the girls at Grayson Highlands last week and I spend last night on the AT at the Jim and Molly Denton shelter... So just a few AT miles... Now I'm waiting for my flight home. 🥴
That sure was unbelievable when you do think about - shocking too! So nice to see and meet so many like mined and good people too, so many I recognise and despite the rain, Belgium chocolates will always go down dam fine. Dam shame about the rain and worse the mud but it looked like the fun never stopped, which was great to see. Great job on the drums and was it just me, or did you sound just a tad tipsy at the end🤔, cheers Alan

Would love to see you do a thru hike of the AT and would try to come out to support you a few times. Sorry you didn't win the hammock. My wife, Sue won a hammock and fanny pack when we were there in 2019. Great group of TH-camrs and hikers to hang out with. I don't know if I'll ever make it out there. It's a long time hiking and I don't know if I'll still be able to hike it when I'm retired. But we'll see... If you were 2 and one wants beer and one wanted liquor, there was a counter outside, so you could still sit together, but still each in your own compartiment. 🤔 Only in the USA, I guess!
