Tom, I think you ought to run for president. It might not be the job you want but I think it’s the job you’re training for with impact theory. It’s literally the epitome of working hard to acquire a set of skills to help human flourishing. People that want power don’t deserve it. People that don’t want it should wield it. You understand how to run a billion dollar company, which helps run the government. You care about empowering people shown by this channel and your previous works. You’re articulate and can debate also proven by this channel. You realize you can be wrong, and want to do what works and helps humans through their biological experience. The only thing I’ve heard you ask for from listening to this channel is briefs. So just go get the best briefs there are, presidential ones.
No such thing as an ex cia spy. When I hear any ex fbi or ex cia, I start laughing, you are going to get some truth mixed in with some lies. They all have to sign papers what they can disclose and what they can't, they know the consequences are very bad if they cross the line.
So true.. and if you look closely into this guy’s eyes, he’s soulless for some reason.. is it exactly this what happens when you join the cia does it come with the job description.. "we will suck your soul out of you"
@@HeavenlyMe11 yup! And look how - contrived his persona and appearance is, it's insulting if not a bit of cynicism from his handlers the message being sent as to the things they assume we identify with. Even the way he pronounces so many words as if READING them for the first time, and with cadence like he isn't thinking of these things on the fly adds to the almost conscious display of how these people see everyone else in society. And why do all the various personalities and eccentricities therein of people that are commonly interviewed on this type of podcast always have their own distinct persona until it comes to interviews with people from ABC agency's? Talk about a contrast to the totally bizarre extremes humanity can exhibit, these agency guys just always have - like an almost lab-grown, prepackaged and diluted affect, that is impossible not to see! I mean, does it work? One would think it does, or are they just doing a lot of "too much" because: infinite resources, just got 2 show that the money is being used somewhere on something? If some other intelligent civilization could look at us, and observe these things objectively, I could only imagine the eye rolls!
Once agency, always agency. I don't trust spooks. That's what they call each other BTW. Dated a guy in DIA. Later found out he was a pathogical liar. But, not about being a spook. His top secret security clearance was up for review and guess who they interviewed about him, his patriotism, and so forth. Not a fun interview to give the agency folks. Actually kind of disturbing. This guy is agency.
Yeah that was a really stupid thing for him to say, and right at the beginning of the podcast too... makes you think a lot of what he says is non-credible from there onwards. That was some ultra-cringe patriotism and delusion, because he seemingly made no mistake in his mind about what he said.
It blows my mind how dumb people are when you have the internet….we where attacked…wether it was a false flag attack is up to you to decide…. But we where attacked and we where unified IN THE BEGINNING, but once media coverage started happening the population realized we shouldn’t be there and UNIFIED again for our troops to leave
@@q6906 "allegedly" being the keyword. There's a very common pattern for the US to allegedly be a major provocateur of the hornets nest... USS Maddox was "attacked" while in Vietnamese waters, while there was obvious turmoil between the north and south. Why be there unless you want to be attacked and/or have a reason to start a war? It's very like the US to be the aggressor and then claim to be some sort of heroic victim for their own personal gains while stepping on others to get there.
The most fascinating thing to me is how many CIA operatives “retire“ and then move into the TH-cam space, as if we are stupid enough to not understand that the Mockingbird media program did not end with TV. I also find it fascinating that none of these former CIA operatives have the slightest bit of remorse or contrition about contributing towards the problems we are facing.
I'd wager the rate of US media infil across all channels and platforms mimics IDF/IOF, 8200's in CNN, and Mossad buddies who "hook, line, sinker" the verbatim soundbytes by state run media on US soil - "influencers" and bots are cheap and easy
Wouldn't it be nice if people understood that?? Or maybe know that declassified documents have declared the Gulf on Tonkin incident a complete fabrication... A lie that got millions of people killed, on both sides, for nothing.
Casey underestimated the will of the American people. If all our sources of videos recording real events are taken away from us, the last apparent source being TicTok , then yes. We will no longer have access to gauge any truth on.
Agreed! Considering corporations own the media, the lobbyists and most politicians it’s amazing we can still drive around freely. Well, until the next pandemic that is.
When he said Haley for president I realized he was promoting propaganda from the military industrial complex. Considering her family owns a military consulting firm who directly benefits from war, and he obviously knows that since he's so informed and trained
Listen to enough of his interviews, and it becomes quite clear that this guy is just a young, smooth hipster version of John Brennan. Doing the rounds as "former" employees of Clowns In America. Nice try, guys. 😁
Do you even know who her family is.. And where her family comes from.. Cause I've done her genealogy.. On her and both her parents.. Her parents came from hindoostan in 1969.. Her father taught biology at Voorhes University(an HBCU) and her mother was an elementary school teacher(predominantly black/American Indian school) .. Where did you see or hear about her family being apart of the military industrial complex
I think he meant opposing medias. When people didnt get along found something to agree in a subject, because there is a small piece of fact that was both discovered. It the same with media. By taking multiple opposing sources and they all agree in something its because some part of it is true even if aint totaly.
Example: Israel-Palestine conflict is happening. This is a fact, the reason and other details can be distorted to make confusion, but the fact remained that the war is happening. All media sources agree with that, there is evidence, footage and so on and on. This is a example of finding facts among lies.
The fact that he supports Nikki Haley showe he's for the military industrial complex. Let's not forget a CIA agent once said " we let the media do the lying for us"
Yes, people aren't falling for lies anymore. This guy is still a CIA plant and he is crooked. He is trying to sell the notion that the CIA was selling drugs TO Latin America to save lives? Hmm. The reality is the OPPOSITE. The CIA was selling drugs FROM Latin America TO US inner cities, creating massive drug crimes. This was all done for billionaire power and money.
What?!? I went into this comment section and thought 'jesus this is exactly whats wrong with the internet' 😆.... Main point being "Hes still CIA trying to manipulate us" - "Nothing he says matters because he likes Nikki Haley" etc. We cant just take interesting conversations for what they are anymore, everything HAS to have an agenda, and they have to be shit on in some way.
It's also worth noting he was never a spy, check his wiki or just google it. He was an intelligence officer which isn't a spy. Obviously the title is just clickbait because intel agents simply sift through open media and diplomatic documents so to assume he knows all the inner workings or anything of the sort is a stretch. The fact he talks so freely should also be another tell that the spooks have little worry of the info he had acquired.
"I love when “ex” CIA are allowed to be “ex” and talk out loud." Because it's BS. Everyone (including me) signs an NDA in effect *for life*. If you actually revealed secrets, you would be arrested immediately. This channel is a horseshit factory.
He is talking about as far as politicians go they are unified. He did not lie, he has made valid points. I’m more of a populist and don’t agree. Nikki Haley would’ve been much better than Trump for sure. I mean anyone would. The man is a pedophile criminal and has deep ties to Mossad through Epstein Maxwell and Russian oligarchs. Trump is non stop disinformation
America was gung ho or neutral on Vietnam until we saw the names of the kids who died that day on the news, every single day. I remember it clearly. The vibe changed pretty quickly because people got tired of putting kids into the meat grinder. Only THEN did the division start.
If you believe the Vietnam War was always polarizing in the US, then you didn't finish college. Or at least you didn't use your time in college to become a become a well educated citizen. Public opinion polls on the Vietnam War we're 60% in favor and 24% against in August 1965, a year after the Gulf of Tonkin incident that initiated the US's direct involvement in Vietnam. It wasn't until February 1968 that public opinion had shifted to 46% against and 42% in favor. This was 3 1/2 years into the war for Americans. Today, we view public opinion about the Vietnam War through the lens of post-war America, which aligns to wartime public opinion by 1970. This was over 5 years into the war, when public opinion was 60% against and 29% in favor. If you want to actually learn from the past, however, you need to build a more complete understanding of what actually happened at the time.
People should at least start thinking about what is happening around US. If that's all that comes from this, at least we're raising the thought process!
That is so true, I hear almost nothing about for example Putin that is destroying city after city, village after village, raping, torturing and mass murdering innocent people in Ukraine. Putin är ett existentiellt hot mot Ukraina. Putin is an existential threat to Ukraine. Putin is exterminating a whole generation of men in Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine Glory to the Heroes 💙💛 Im from Sweden.
I am 30 seconds into watching this video and I’ll make a wild speculation that at some point in the next 3 hours, there will be a discussion how invading our privacy is “the right thing to do”.
Me too and I feel like this is going to be 3 hours of propaganda lol. No thanks on this one haha. If he is a real C I A dude, I'm sure he'd tell us how things really are. lol. I was like, hell no, after he said a movie by the obamas was brilliant. Pass on that movie as well!
That's been their agenda for years. They're trying to deconstruct everything. Race, Sex, Gender, Family Unit, Society, etc. Their goal is to create so much strife, so much horror, that people will unify under one flag world wide.
The most important lesson I learned the hard way: NO ONE IS IMPERVIOUS TO MIS/DISINFORMATION. No one. Whatever your education level and how smart you think you are, we can all be influenced and/or triggered in some sort of rage, and/or somehow incapacitated. As AB says, it is not always about influencing, most of the time it's just about dividing and blowing on the flames of chaos. Remember. The man who angers you, conquers you...
right, but it CAN be well-curated and sourced (take in all source intelligence, filters up, bias literacy, deep dive, strong ability for integration and orientation). Every "trusted source" he lists are the most specious, surface, and compromised outlet malls. There are SO many better sources, direct, in-depth, close to inputs, honest about their lens and take. NOT reading and going deeper than these is worse than "bias" - Americans have NO idea how poor these outlet downstream channels are. Drink from the spring, not downriver of the urban waste stream.
Tom uses guests to make it look like an interview but then he talks over them the entire time. Constantly praising himself and his wealth. So self absorbed and self deprecating. 🤢🤮🤮
Tom is an egomaniac and a fool - talks waaaay too much and draws too much attention to himself in all his interviews, i really can't stand listening to that guy, but he does have great guest - when they are allowed to talk.

I used to say "ok honestly... " or "I will be honest...." then I realised and now have changed it to "ok I will be blunt...." the reason is, I was always being honest except I was attempting to be tactful, polite, and when i used the "honestly" at that point i was saying it as a warning from that point on there will be no concern of the others feelings, I wont dance around the issue we just have to rip this band aid off. I say this as I am sure other use this in the same way and that you may need to be mindful of this as another possibility to consider
The CIA man helpfully made it obvious that he was promoting establishment propoganda within the first 2 minutes & saved me wasting time watching a political broadcast.
It's astounding to me that people eat this up, but I suppose I probably would too if I hadn't been exposed to information and narratives that challenge the American Empire's propaganda machine. He starts with an absurdity. "Look at Vietnam" as an example of an attack that unified Americans? WTF?! Is he trying to rewrite the history of the Vietnam War? We were the aggressors. Vietnam never attacked or invaded us, unless you count the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which is an example of the government blatantly lying to justify an unjust war: this isn't even controversial among historians. We killed hundreds of thousands so civilians and committed horrendous war crimes. On top of that, it motivated the biggest and most persistent antiwar movement in American history, so it definitely didn't unify the country.
You are right. He said Americans are sexually repressed and CIA agent will avoid having sex with foreign female agents. I believe he is doi6 propaganda 😂

It does appear for the first 20 minutes, Bustamante is building rapport and reinforcing Tom's alliance as narrator, much like an infomercial. Bustamante knowing there is no way to stop this war, his job as CURRENT CIA, is to get people to not panic and instead, just watch it like an interesting movie. Classic prep, while sounding like you oppose it.
I find it amusing that he laid out exactly what he does (listen to the person to figure out their values and beliefs, then parrot it back to them). Then at 1:05:00 that's exactly what he does to Tom. He hears what Tom believes, then he parrots back a "shared perspective" that "money is just a count of how many lives we touch". And Tom believes it! After Andrew explained that's how he tricks people!! 😅😅😅
The way he is dressed, his shoes, his hair. Everything is for the viewer to relate to him. His way of speaking is carefully calculated to win the viewer's trust. As a CIA agent, he knows exactly what will happen after the election, regardless of the starting point. He noticeably lied when he said we don't want the US to become like China. If you listen to everything he says, you can understand what he wants you to know. The truth is in what he doesn't mention that paints a very different picture of what will happen and what you should prepare for, as well as what the real threat is. The easiest way is to take a look at the latest meetings of the World Economic Forum. Also check out how the WEF is currently practicing a simulation, similar to Event 201 which concerned a pandemic that then became a reality after the simulation. This time a global cyber attack is simulated in collaboration with Cyber Polygon. Check this out! There is also a new film coming out on April 26th. It's called Civil War. Coincidence? Check out the trailer.
It’s crazy that I have always thought and processed life similarly to you guys. When I converse with people, I make my opinions unknown until I know where they fall in the eyes of the person I’m talking to. But not in a weird way, I’ve gotten quite good at being a sociable person while also not divulging too much about myself. I’ve told my wife that conversation is chess. There is a certain amount of control you gain when it’s you that’s discovering the other person and not vice versa.
@@Awakened-Mikael That is what Bustamante said "CIA Officer." I am wondering what that means to you. To me an Officer is a lot like manager that articulates or sets the goals and oversees the achievement of the goals.
He's absolutely right about the psychology of information and that every source is biased. We learn that in postgrad media studies. He gets a lot of flak, but he's correct on a lot of points. In terms of understanding bias, you also have to look at whether this is first (your own personal experience), second (something that happened to someone you have direct access to), or third-hand account of something. Most information today is filtered through many cogs in the wheel, and there's quite a bit that can get lost in translation.
Please Note: From what I have seen of Andrew Bustamante, though he is Ex-CIA he appears to actually be a Good Guy and speaks a lot of Truth. - HOWEVER. When you are dealing with someone who comes from within the Intelligence Agencies there is a reasonable level of Expectations Held that they should have a fair level of UNDERSTANDING of International Geo-Politics. And Bustamante's take on what is Driving the situation in Israel and Palestine, his analysis and summary falls completely short of an adequate response. Anyone who knows anything about what is really happening in our world today understands that the Rothschild's and the British Led Globalist Cabal not only Completely Control Israel, but the Entire Global Geo-Political Landscape. Not even bringing the New World Order into the conversation about Israel and Palestine is an INSULT to our Intelligence. I have been impressed by his previous interviews. But this interview to reveals that Bustamante is viewing his Disclosure of Truth as an INCOME and CAREER. Ooh. He has sold a Million Books. He is on TV. - Well, we are Fighting for the Very Future of Humanity Itself. Anyone who puts their Income or Career over that CAN KISS MY ASS. - This Israel - Palestine incident has been a Blessing in one respect. It has been Extremely Helpful in Exposing who are the SHILLS and the Fools. Bustamante has lost my respect with this interview. - See discussion of Israel - Palestine after the 1 hour mark: - Lol. Look at the sheepish expression on Bustamante's faces when he is being directed on the desired boundaries of the conversation. Sadly, Tom Bilyeu did not go anywhere near far enough on keeping Bustamante from flipping off into the Realm of Total BS..

One of the most damaging forces against progress is the scores of people who position themselves as experts and spread misinformation - whether out of malice or ignorance. This interview is a great example. If you truly want to understand these topics, please be advised to be extremely cautious about any "facts" you come away with after watching this.
My guess is because when his wife got pregnant that didn’t let him take the necessary leave l. They asked them to resign. His said this in one of many interviews about life in the cia. I dont have that personal experience I'm not even from the same country but have a big interest in studying conflict (I wish they were just historical and not present day) but I totally agree to call Vietnam "unifying" is one of the dumbest things ever. I guess those students shot on campus were well & truly unified 🤷♂
Y'all need to go back and listen again, he obviously said not everyone but most people unified! Which is a fact. If you go based on the hippies who were getting high on cocaine along with everything they could snort or inhale under the sun, then no.. but reality was, initially most people did unify! Learn and listen before commenting.
Yes we actually were unified at first, also yes we believed we had been attacked. Yes the attack was based on a lie and yes the attitude on the war changed. Take a look at 9/11, same thing happened, we all unified under a lie, the lie was exposed our feelings on going to war with countries that had nothing to do with it changed. Exact same thing happened during the Korean war…
He got you Tom, whether or not you have good intentions you are still priming. It’s true, most people don’t have a clue about what they’re thinking and what they believe.

Basically, know your opposition as well as you know yourself! Basic. The more perspectives you can take in, the better solutions you can have that meet at the intersection of all of those perspectives. Exploitation of a weakness or strategic flaws in operational action through deception can actually force one to play within operational standards.
Just as he said to listen to opposing views for nuggets of truth, and considering the fact that we've learned that CIA too often manipulate us as well as others, the info about how to discern truth can be applied along with everything else we've learned to discern gaslight vs truth
I'm proud to pay taxes. The biggest problem for me when analyzing social problems is not being biased, but finding enough information. Especially information within government relations at any level, ( county/state/national/international ), there are too many people involved that have motives that are self serving and others that spend most of their time trying to herd us like a flock of sheep away from the truth.

Andrew is recruiting for the CIA lol, Whenever something seems Too Cool or Too Awesome my spider sense start tingling and how he describes working for the CIA is just that. There is no way on earth it's that Rosy.
What he's saying though is really insightful information. About mindset and how to intake news in a way that promotes the pursuit of the most true information. I just feel like when it comes to talking about the CIA, it's a one sided story, which I guess is understandable. Don't bite that hadn't that fed you.
It can pay well and there are some great perks that come with it because it is a gov't job after all but from personal stories I've heard its typically a boring desk job like any other and if you don't like that it can slowly grind away at your soul. Also because you'll experience a ton of waste and mismanagement that will make you upset and question how can it be so bad. Now granted there are many jobs at the CIA and not all of them necessarily involve riding a desk. There are jobs where you could be stationed overseas or if you are military you could be hired on as a contractor or vice versa. But most of the people doing the "espionage" kind of work are analysts and intel officers that gather and push data around to higher ups or other departments. It is cool in the sense you get to read and handle secret or top secret information based on your clearance level and your contribution can help the overall effort but its not at all like the movies. Your are not going to be special agent Jack Ryan travelling around the globe, interrogating assets, sneaking around killing bad guys and preventing a plot to kill the president.
This guy - the guest is an "operative" given the assignment "USA- freedom takedown"- the promise..." You and your family and following generations will be safe and taken care of for life..... you would be the only one that needs to SWAY the narrative - wouldn't that be worth doing what we ask you to do?"
It’s easy to confuse people when people only listen to what they’re told and don’t take the time to contemplate and think critically about what actually makes sense and rings true.
That's the point. We've been so dumbed down that what "rings true", or critical thinking, or common sense, is being bred out of us. It's not the same world I grew up in, and unfortunately that may be literal
From 1:23:35 - 1:34:50 Tom talks without stop, OMG, more than ten minutes LOL --- What an incredible, patient, and empathic listener Andrew shows here to be. And he literally cut off his guest from THE BEST, most coherent, unbiased summarization of the Israel-Palestine conflict right after he established the background to build off of. And he contributed NOTHING to the discussion, he just recited what literally everyone who doesn’t know the conflict says.

Long story short is, after my military training I had a career as a Law Enforcement Officer which is militarist as well. But I also was raising 2 boys alone. Not an easy job. God used all those disciplines to be able to raise boys to be able to raise them to have lives and families of their own. Was it easy? NO by any means. So, yes! This guy is still CIA! Here are bullet point summaries with timestamps for the key topics covered in the conversation between Tom Bilyeu and Andrew Bustamante: - The conflict between Israel and Palestine (9:24) - Traces the roots of the conflict back to biblical times with Ishmael and Isaac, the establishment of Israel after WWII, and the resulting tensions with Palestinians who were already living there. - Thinking through difficult global problems (14:34) - Laying out a framework for analyzing complex issues: map the terrain, take in different perspectives, analyze and synthesize information to identify gaps, define goals, understand different frames of reference. - Civilization pyramid model (20:12) - Explains a model of the tradeoffs between individual freedoms and societal order/efficiency as you go from individualism to tribalism to an organized state. Discusses how the US allows movement between levels. - Social media manipulation and disinformation (37:00) - Covers how social media allows easy priming and confirmation bias, blurring entertainment and facts. Discusses prevalence of "honey traps". - Prospect of a new world war (2:00:36) - Argues WWIII if it comes would likely involve proxy wars and economic battles rather than overt state vs state clashes. Warns against catastrophizing threats. - Israel-Palestine as a proxy battleground (2:13) - Characterizes the conflict as an indirect fight between US and Iran for influence. Sees economic incentives as the key for an enduring peace deal. - AI and information warfare (2:38:31) - Optimistic about AI's potential but notes risks of fake content. It's happens to me all the time when I comment on your channel
Also I’m going to write you in as a candidate on my ballot so you at least already have 1 vote.
No such thing as an ex cia spy. When I hear any ex fbi or ex cia, I start laughing, you are going to get some truth mixed in with some lies. They all have to sign papers what they can disclose and what they can't, they know the consequences are very bad if they cross the line.
I haven't heard of your show before. It popped up next. Very good content and discussion. Thanks! Subscribed!
This is classic preprogramming - they are telling you what they plan to do and preparing you to accept it. There is no such thing as ex-CIA.
Right? Just like how Americans are unified. Lol
So true.. and if you look closely into this guy’s eyes, he’s soulless for some reason.. is it exactly this what happens when you join the cia does it come with the job description.. "we will suck your soul out of you"
Thank you. Anything the CIA allows to be said is what they WANT to be said.
He is trained to manipulate a narrative to plant ideas. In the end he creates an ongoing asset
Whenever the CIA talks to us, I feel like I should look out for manipulation
Seems that Bustamante takes Bilyeu's questions as information he can hijack and redirect to his own purposes.
Exactly. I’ve seen him on other channels.

He lost me at "We are unified when we are attacked..." and then mentioned the Vietnam War. We weren't attacked, and we weren't unified.
What the USA did in Vietnam was beyond criminal. This guy is a baby brained brainwashed pos who has never left America.
Yeah that was a really stupid thing for him to say, and right at the beginning of the podcast too... makes you think a lot of what he says is non-credible from there onwards. That was some ultra-cringe patriotism and delusion, because he seemingly made no mistake in his mind about what he said.
@@wackojacko1938 August 1964 - USS Maddox is allegedly attacked by North Vietnamese patrol torpedo boats in the Gulf of Tonkin

The further I got into this video, the more propaganda I saw. I can't even say I feel like he was spewing propaganda. It was just that.
You didn't understand. He said: take all the facts and all the sources and choose the one you trust. Take the russian ones if trust them more.
@@Dr.Sortospinoyeh the you didn’t understand line 😂
I think he meant opposing medias. When people didnt get along found something to agree in a subject, because there is a small piece of fact that was both discovered. It the same with media. By taking multiple opposing sources and they all agree in something its because some part of it is true even if aint totaly.
Example: Israel-Palestine conflict is happening. This is a fact, the reason and other details can be distorted to make confusion, but the fact remained that the war is happening. All media sources agree with that, there is evidence, footage and so on and on. This is a example of finding facts among lies.

Operation Mockingjay style
The guy is a fake
It's also worth noting he was never a spy, check his wiki or just google it. He was an intelligence officer which isn't a spy. Obviously the title is just clickbait because intel agents simply sift through open media and diplomatic documents so to assume he knows all the inner workings or anything of the sort is a stretch. The fact he talks so freely should also be another tell that the spooks have little worry of the info he had acquired.
He sounds totally different than another interview i saw him in!

So people who have higher IQ's are a threat for some reason? Same guy now on TV shows "investigating UFOs and bigfoot".....
