Very early stages. I just applied the profile when I uploaded this video. I did run VST lastnight at 8800c40 with 1.480v though, on the very first try. I only did a few passes before bed.
@@videocardzrule354 oh wow what sa ? both my first 2 14900 ks do 8600 c36 on 2x24 team group extreme 8200 c 38 kits on encore one chip boots up to 9000 runs 8600 max in vst y cruncher . no vcssa / tx / vdd / vddq allows more then over 8600 to pass. 285k z890 9000-9600 MHz in a month with the new clock gen equipped ram dims
@@arel77 That’s fantastic! My 14900KS is a 8600c36 chip as well. But sounds like you have great samples as well, This is the first CPU I have seen that can even run VST at DDR5 8800. I only did like 3 or 4 passes, and then I stopped the test in pure amazement.
I just do a few passes on Ycruncher VST/VT3, and call it good. Nothing can crash this system using it daily with apps or games etc. It is stable. 1usmusV3 is only used for initial IMC checking, where it reaches limits, what voltages, and timings the CPU likes etc.
@@videocardzrule354 Y-cruncher VST and VT3 do not test memory only IMC. and TM5 PCBDestroyer and Karhu tests test memory. Saying, "it's stable for me" is childish because with such an approach why do any tests at all. Everywhere on overclock forums they test with these programs to show the stability of memory overclocking.
Hi dude, any tips on where to start to tune 13900k, msi z690 unify-x with 32gb 7200 cl34 a die kit from team group? I'd rather do "easy" settings, nothing too crazy where I need to test for weeks.
@@ItsBigEz The Unify-X is great, I think most can do at least DDR5 7800 c34, doing higher speeds like DDR5 8000 or DDR5 8200 will be based on your IMC quality. I would use the DDR5 8000 timings and just see how high you can go on memory frequency. The motherboards traces aren’t quite as good as some other options, so they love very high VDD/VDDQ voltages. When I had my Unify-X I ran 8000c34, it wasn’t 100% stable, but it was gaming/daily stable.

Hmmm most games don't even use the bandwidth after 8200. Most games hardly even use the bawith to be honest, only in certain tittles..CL is not near as important in ddr5 like it was in ddr4.
I'm worried that the 13th and 14th gen might be the last of the big V8s, sorta speak. Intel is crashing and burning as we speak. Thousands of layoffs and putting holds on some new Chip Factories. I'm thinking the next several gen CPUs are going to be boring and aimed at being more efficient and way less powerful. At least the 5,000 series GPUs are supposed to be a good upgrade.

One single kit is all you need for two ram sticks. I think it’s like $70-$80 dollars
If you set Karhu to 20k% on these settings and after a few restarts of the computer, the same thing happens again, it can be considered stable.
