CSI did a great job with this production. The camera work and commentators were some of the best I've experienced in an American pool production. And I've been watching pool and snooker for years. Well done!
This is one of the very best tournaments in both video production as well sportsmanship I've seen to date. Great job to the production and editing staff.
+ladystarlight1616 Reyes was good but u should see more players. Shane is pool evolution try seeker videos about him, so kind player.there is an interview, and Reyes said for me the best in the world is Shane van boening and bustamante, but everyone knows that bustamante is just another player, don't see the flag and see the person!!! My dear friend
i don't know why everyone keeps saying 7 footer is easy! there are more clutter and difficult pattern vs a 9 footer when breaking, so it's challenging! although these pros make it look super easy, it would be the same outcome on a 9 ft table! once good position play and a good stroke are in a players arsenal, just my opinion! i actually Love a 7ft table and a 9ft equally
At 56:25: No, a billiard shot and a carom are not the same. In a billiard, the cue ball hits first one ball, then a second; in a carom, it's the first ball that hits the second.
I love these matches without the shot clock. I don't care if a players stands around for 5 - 10 minutes looking at shots, setups, and patterns. That's what makes pool, pool!
That is their percentage chance of winning the match. It's based on their individual fargo score (short definition is player rating) and the number of games they have left to play and the current score.
All side pockets on diamond Pro Cut pockets are 5in anyway I don't know why he said four-and-a-half . The corner pockets are four-and-a-half but the sides are 5 in
It's so annoying how these commentators get into little arguments and are not on the same page as they comment on the game. One seems to know about pool and the other has no clue.
I don't understand the rules. Is the one to pot the final ball the winner? What if you pot all of them but the last one and your opponent pots it, doesn't seem fair
All these people who say the seven foot table is so easy. Where are they. Just run out every time and the money is yours. Nevermind, your not that good.
In rack 9 the commentators say that SvB's shot was a billiard or a carom depending on how you say it. Actually, it's a billiard because he uses the 2 ball to deflect the cue ball and hit the 10 towards the pocket. A carom uses one ball (not the CB) to deliberately deflect off of another ball on the way to making the pocket. I'm surprised they don't know the difference.
TheZenEffect Interesting. You may be technically correct but a lot of knowledgeable people use carom and billiard interchangeably to describe what you're calling a billiard.
that magic rack is screwed up, it always holds the 10 ball in it if you watch when the referee pulls it out almost always the 10 is stuck on the bottom point
Who cares just because it's a small table shouldn't make you talk, if you have the balls which you don't you would choke playing against these world class players in this type of tournament on a bar table or a 9ft
a biiliard and a carom are not the same. one is the object ball deflecting off another ball and going in. the other is the cue ball deflecting and hitting another ball in. i always mix them up but they are different.
Always forget how tiny the "regular" tables are, they look like kiddie tables compared to the 9's. Even though I'd be happy just making a single ball on any of the tables lolol.
To watch for fouls when players play - this is a rack-your-own match so players have the advantage of ordering the balls in the rack to their preference so it becomes easier to predict what ball goes where
Rodney is such a great competitor even when he loses. I have mad respect for him.
I can say the same about SVB. He show little to no emotion when he's sitting or shooting which makes him funny sometimes.
CSI did a great job with this production. The camera work and commentators were some of the best I've experienced in an American pool production. And I've been watching pool and snooker for years. Well done!
Justa Christian I agree! Great comment.
"Professionals know how to use English better than anyone. That's why they are professionals." These commentators always bring us gems.
The Grim Peeper Are you joking or do you actually not no what it means
Chris LOL Dodgeball reference!!!! In response to forfeiture!!! Best line ever!
The commentators are just annoying
@32:39 Shane touches the #7 ball also
1:02:49 You kind of like what?
bahaha...I died, thanks for that
Zach q
Dude, I laughed so hard at that, thanks!
This is one of the very best tournaments in both video production as well sportsmanship I've seen to date. Great job to the production and editing staff.
Rodney is such a funny guy, great attitude and good sportsmanship.
Good job Shane. U still prove why u re 1 of the best players in the world
And love Rodney 's attitude at the end :)
Great videos and quality. Thanks!
I think you guys should rename this channel to "The Shane Van Boening vs Some Other Guy Channel". He must account for about 95% of your content.
Rodney's break at 75:40 was the best ten ball break ive ever seen! He sunk five balls and was set up pretty on the one!
Thanks for this video (and all the other ones!) CSI: watched it all, loved it.
Morris is a classy guy--clapping for Van Boening after he sank the final ten ball. I'd love to see more of this kind of sportsmanship.
But did you see Rodney's recent top 10 American player list?
The man is obviously jealous or delusional.
Shane the best on the pool history!
+ladystarlight1616 Reyes??? Hahahhaha r u kidding me right? Maybe u don't know about pool, better u should see more pool videos...

LOL I like SVB too he's not the best. He's never won any World Championship.
Any of the top players can win a championship on any given day...depends on who is on the game that day
both are great players and i like to watch the rhythm and easiness by Morris
i don't know why everyone keeps saying 7 footer is easy! there are more clutter and difficult pattern vs a 9 footer when breaking, so it's challenging! although these pros make it look super easy, it would be the same outcome on a 9 ft table! once good position play and a good stroke are in a players arsenal, just my opinion! i actually Love a 7ft table and a 9ft equally

Is this part of the Bar Box Championship played on small tables?
What's the money price for the first place?
serj alex $6.95
11k I believe but It should be alot more
this table looks so small :O
7 ft
turbovelo it's a bar box
@@mitchervin522
Bar box tables are for kids.
Because of Morris.
@@michaeltrumph121 bar box tables are tough because there are more clusters than a larger table, you meathead.
Shane's introduction was like "They know who I am dude"
Anyone know what cue exactly he is using? Seems he has had this cue for years. And is that electrical tape allover it?
1:02:49 "I kinda like the way he massages those balls." LMAO
🤔
Mmmhmm
Baseballsux I have not found them ? Im looking for the finals of Manny Perez vs Mike Dechiane?
If you all haven’t seen it. Same year but Rodney vs Francisco tiger challenge match is just as good as this
32:34. "he missed the whole ball (one ball)". actually he hit the wrong ball (7 ball)
Where can we get that ball marker tool. The only one I’ve ever seen is the clear one
28:25 boink
Great match and i really enjoyed the commentators.
1:43:16 : Akward :)
Just a question. What are those 3-digit numbers and percentages below the players' names?
GiordieMK their rating based on previous games and wins. And their percentage of winning this game.
That's a common sense
Both are great professional players.
What was the 1st prize?
Nasser Al-Mujaibel and I think they said loser maybe $6k too.
baseballsux r u serious? 10k? that's laughable. I hate that pool is dying out
pure skill games are dying because donks don't like to know they're donks
+baseballsux Thank you sir, but why hate on baseball?
how much table ft??
8-ball championship coming to the TH-cam channel in a couple week as well?
I am really interested to see how the 2 expert commentators walk around on the table with their cue sticks.
What is morris's cues brands?
Is the camera, or the pool table was borrowed from the bar around the corner?
Is it me, or are these uploaded in reverse order. The first video on my list is the 'Final'!
I love these matches without the shot clock. I don't care if a players stands around for 5 - 10 minutes looking at shots, setups, and patterns. That's what makes pool, pool!
layman rockin the bullet!!! straight legend
Does anybody know what the percentages below the score on the screen mean?
That is their percentage chance of winning the match. It's based on their individual fargo score (short definition is player rating) and the number of games they have left to play and the current score.
41:17 dipsy do
What size table is this
does anyone know the name of the table they using ?
iixDEATH I'm pretty sure they list the tables/ball companies before the game starts
It's a 7ft diamond table. It ain't cheap. lol
Diamond
1:42:38 I love to see rodney 🤣🤣
Why are they playing on 7ft instead of 9fts now?
This is my fav ASMR
Terrible audio.
When will the 10 ball Challenge matches be posted?
All side pockets on diamond Pro Cut pockets are 5in anyway I don't know why he said four-and-a-half . The corner pockets are four-and-a-half but the sides are 5 in
what size table is this?
nick morel 7ft
lol at 32:45 they didn't see he barely touched the 7 ball
When are they getting a better speaker
Morris早期是打網子高手 2000左右無人不知
Shane at 1:43:31 mannequin challenge ain't got shit on me.
That safety at 1:30:15...Killer
At 45:35 isn't that a foul! he hit the five and then the four in the side? And it's still his shot 🤔
Yogi's Beer the green one is the six, not the four
How much are they playing for? Is it a secret?
18:00 Is Shane using Earls cue..... lol
Turn up the volume or you owe me a big pack of Oreos W the Doublestuff lol
Rodneys a gent
It's so annoying how these commentators get into little arguments and are not on the same page as they comment on the game. One seems to know about pool and the other has no clue.
Table size anyone?
Matthew Vincent Archer 7 ft
Sorry Jay, but I had to mute the sound. Your partner always is one upping you and it gets to be a bit too much.
Why such a tiny table?
I have that cue that Rodney is using. It's a Tascarrella
Thanks for loading down all your videos with ads CSI.
I don't understand the rules. Is the one to pot the final ball the winner? What if you pot all of them but the last one and your opponent pots it, doesn't seem fair
what was that 1:42:12 hahah OMG ! X'D
What cue was Shane using? It looks very nice
Svb the most humble guy that i’ve ever seen in any kind of sports i like him
Dude, he is actually pretty cocky. He does show sportsmanship but he is arrogant
Liked Pool game !!!
That last break..
indeed, very simmetrical
Not going to waste time watching these professionals play on such a tiny table.
The tables look so small.
is that electrical tape on shane's handle?
Surprised the announcers didn’t mention that he was going to sink the 8 as well during the second rack.
All these people who say the seven foot table is so easy. Where are they. Just run out every time and the money is yours. Nevermind, your not that good.
Shawn Kraemer
Yeah I agree. It’s an open tournament; all you have to do is pay the entry fee and you’re in. So why aren’t they in the final?
I disagree with that and I find big table pool easier than bar box
These are real players, but this isn't a real table. It belongs at some VFW for old men to play on.
Shane van boening... damn goood
I don't know what some of the other commenters were watching, but the camera work was lousy.
You are correct and I thought I was the only person in the world that knew the difference.
Why is the table never level
who picks these commentators and why are they so bad ?
Please don't say they are 'on serve'. This is not tennis. They are on break. They are up/down a break game, etc.
that magic rack is screwed up, it always holds the 10 ball in it if you watch when the referee pulls it out almost always the 10 is stuck on the bottom point
i believe the billiard is where the object ball hits another ball then goes in.
Sad to call a title US Open when it's played on small tables.
Who cares just because it's a small table shouldn't make you talk, if you have the balls which you don't you would choke playing against these world class players in this type of tournament on a bar table or a 9ft
Juicy.
a biiliard and a carom are not the same. one is the object ball deflecting off another ball and going in. the other is the cue ball deflecting and hitting another ball in. i always mix them up but they are different.

George T. will eventually go down in pool history as
the worst commentator ever… !
Why is the one announcer continuously talking about breaking and massaging and touching those balls
George needs to learn to stop smacking his mouth every time,he opens it.
Shane's not the best player in the world. He's the best player in North America. One of the best in the world but definitely not the best.
Why do they use a piece of garbage instead of a rack?
I don't like the small table either :(
Why does the players rearrange the balls after every round..... What is the referee here for
To watch for fouls when players play - this is a rack-your-own match so players have the advantage of ordering the balls in the rack to their preference so it becomes easier to predict what ball goes where
BILLIARD AND CAROM IN POOL ARE NOT THE SAME.
