3:16 Remember folks! Before Sonic Boom, Knuckles actually had *intelligence*, and, of course, a reason for such feats as reading Ancient Texts. Move on to Sonic Boom, and suddenly Knuckles no longer deals with the Master Emerald (Kind of not anything new) and has lost any intelligence he's had. Spouting off random stupid stuff and being unable to read ancient texts, I'm assuming. Pretty sure his gullibility is still intact, though.

I would say less "intelligent" and more "knowledgeable in certain domains" (such as ancient cultures and ancient languages apparently).
He's still guillible enough to get tricked by Eggman, potentially up to three/four times (3&K, Adventure 1, Advance series), and that is mainly due to not having much interactions with other living beings outside of simple animals, because Angel Island is quite isolated and he has a role that restricts his movement a lot (though presumably he does treasure hunting on the side just to have a bit of profit in case he does meet civilization).

I'm also wondering how they're able to stay on their hoverboards when they're flying towards a huge black hole. Surely they'd get ripped off of them or the boards would be sucked out from under their feet.

I had the volume up to nearly the maximum this morning, as I was listening to music. I went to school and forgot about it. I come home, see this in my subscription box, and I click it. I go to watch it with my headphones. Next thing I know, Charriii5's Storm voice nearly deafens me. That would've looked insane on a medical report. 'Permanent hearing loss caused by excessive exposure to a TH-camr's imitation of a retarded bird that uses a hoverboard'.

I have been watching these and just straight up cutscenes of alll the sonic games * I realised that take the gameplay out and its just cheesy stories. But for some reason I have this feeling that if they ever get rid of this little cheesiness it would not feel right anymore.

I'm surprised you didn't have a sin for the fact that there's 5 arks of the cosmos, yet more than 5 people in the story can use the gravity power.
Story-wise only Sonic and Jet used them. And technically, Sonic could lend his Ark to Tails and Knuckles, while Jet could do the same for Wave and Storm. And Amy holds an Ark for about half of the story.
Surprised you didn't mention the final boss, where all the cast attacks the big bad, but it only counts if Sonic does it. I've never had a bigger sense of "Please stop helping!" in my life.

When he asks “how is the master emerald anyways? Do you have like a guard dog or something?” the answer is... yes, but actually maybe.
Idk if this is canon or even related to Sonic in any way, but in a TV show known as Sonic Underground, Knuckles does have an ‘pet’ but it is never explained if it guards the emerald or not. Also in that show the master emerald is a Chaos emerald so that doesn’t make sense because Super Sonic would require an entire floating island to crash down. This show definitely isn’t canon. But yes but actually maybe.

I would say this is my favourite racing game and 3rd or 4th favourite sonic game being tied with sonic colours.
Somehow though I still have a ton of trouble beating the boss for this game. I have been against it around 150 times.....

Wait, if the ancient Babylonians used the Arks of the Cosmos to travel through space, then why does putting the core units back into the console turn it into a Black hole?
Their ship had a malfunction that caused their power to go out of control and create a black hole, so they had to urgently eject them out of the ship. The malfunction was not fixed by the time they were put back in.

I can actually defend Eggman's Meteotech plan. He could have set up Meteotech incognito, setting up a figure head for public displays to hide his involvement, all with the intent of having it as a backup plan in case his more overt world domination plans failed. With a security company, he could have a company people trusted, being able to infiltrate various facilities and gain public trust all the while making money from the company to fund his schemes. Therefore, when he activated Meteotech's invasion protocol, it would come completely unexpected.
Also, I think it's reasonable to assume that, since he's friends with them, Knuckles hires the Chaotix to guard the master emerald on occasion, presumably giving them some of Angel Island's treasure as payment.
How do you come to a conclusion like this. I'd imagine this would require intensive story analysis, and I suck at it. How could I get better?
