It varies depending on your weight and riding style. What you can do is drain and measure the amount of the factory oil, clean the system, in putting back new oil - add 5ml as allowance. Add a little more oil as needed kung may lagutok parin. It’s important to know the suspension travel length para macompare mo yung sukat ng travel after setting the new fork oil. I hope this helps.
