Hey Maya thank you so much darling for sharing want to ask when you apply the application online there is a step of your recommender at the end. The recommender you used when you applying must be the one to write your recommendation letter or you can use someone else

That should be fine, but I would advise you to use a non-relative. Even in the future, try to not use a relative for a recommendation. People think they are biased, so, the trust is less.

Please take the entire application and the money. They will take only the 2nd page as I explained you in the video I made about the application guide.
Do not forget that you will pay 250k and the service fee. For DTB, the service fee is 2300 UGX.
