HI my it's expiring in April 2023 but the information in passport don't match with the identity card because when I got the passport, identity cards where not yet out.i used students card.I'm here in Dubai.

So sorry dear, get the police letter and start on getting a new one. Your info is there in the database. Next time, scan it and send it to your email address. In case of anything, you just have to login in your email and see it.

Hi! I applied for a friend, but after paying with an electronic bank card, The money didn't get dedicated, and neither did I get the receipt? It's been three days so far, I haven't received any email from Stanbic bank? Do you know how the online cards work?

Really? If the payment is recent, let me try getting back to you tomorrow. Someone else had the same problem. It kept on bringing the letters to retrieve endlessly.

Hello dear, you need to go to the bank and take the 2nd page of your application. If you, you pay online, but I have not tried that option.

Hi if my passport got lost (the black one) can I just select new passport and I get the blue one oba it's a must I have to press renew
if there is no option for lost, I would choose renew because they have you in records already. Then you'd need to get a police letter, as we explained here in this video: th-cam.com/video/zovtJ7a2bAw/w-d-xo.html

I processed the necessary paper work, and also paid in bank but scheduling an appointment is a tag of war and it's a week since I did everything. How long does it take to find an appointment date because it seems the Ministry doesn't provide the date immediately unless it's me who messed up.

Hi Annet. My old passport expires in 2028 and I'm currently in Indonesia. Can I wait till I'm back in Uganda to get the E.A passport or does my old passport still do the trick?
Hello dear, your old passport will only allow you to enter Ug, but not exiting it. So, once you are in Uganda, you will have to first get the EA before you can fly out again.

I have just done it and still they tell me father's NIN space is not filled. Is there any other way I can do it or it will require for me to go physically at immigration. Am just changing from the old passport to the new one .may be they can use the old information I had given them??

Will it not cause me problems when I go for the interview?? ..because with the old passport I went and filled out the forms with my dad so it means I knew and had a dad before and the old information proves it.. this 'unknown' is quite a big step. ..
