Hello dear, I am sorry but I didn't understand you well. Did you mean those whose parents are dead? If that is the case, you just have to select "deceased" among the options, and then write their district's names etc. If you don't know some dates, you can guess, and use that forever.

Hi hopefully some1 can answer this for.
I did the passport renewal process as i am in Australia and i had to send it to my recommender to submit it to mistry of internal affairs. Its been 2 months now. He keeps on saying he is going there to pick it coz its done. But nothing. Most times he doesn't reply.
What shd i do now.

Birth certificate is not needed, dear. Only your national ID number (NIN)

Listen carefully, you will be told to press 1 and then 1 again since it's about passport inquiries. Then, you will read that File number on that small piece of paper for them. Do you mean google docs? Or submitting it online? Well, you have to take a hard copy of your letter when going for your appointment. So, let your recommender write, sign it, and then give it to you.

From my understanding, any, as long as it can be scanned. If hand-written, make sue the words are clear enough. They don't provide clear guidelines on their website, sadly.
