I find that when i want something so bad i feel a need to be really honest, and feel a need to act in the moment, but sometimes it can be selfish because you're just doing it for yourself and not thinking about how it would effect the other person by putting them on the spot.

Mastering the art of letting go is very beneficial in cases where there's traumatic events, resentment, heartache etc, if anyone chooses to continue to hold on to any of the following then it can and will be very taxing ( stressful ) to their being, its like shackles to your feet, it also stumps your own growth and blocks your own blessings, letting go is not in the best interest of the circumstances or individual(s) who have done you wrong, but it's in the best interest for you.

Your timing for this couldn’t be any better, I had a horrible night sleeping, it’s been over two months since she left for someone else and she’s still haunting me as if she’s still here and I’m stuck in limbo while time is going forward and I’ve been trying to have fun and heal or do anything I can do to feel “okay” but then the waves come back and hit me so hard so music is helping me in a way but it’s not easy for me to move on… I just played some good shows, doing all these external things…. I miss her but I have to let go… I haven’t figured out how to… hope your video helps me… currently at 2 mins in..
