    Thank you.
Talking about the hyperviliganty on the symptoms sounds very familiar. It definitely set me back. After a while I accepted it and just rested hard. it reduced a lot of stress and despair for me to try everything.
I know several people in real life who recovered from LC, and they tell the same as you. Accepting, meditating, rest etc. Also avoiding the long haul community is great advice. Although they mean well, it's extremely depressing.
Thanks for sharing. Your english is very good btw. I'm assuming you're dutch?
    cheers

Hey Matthew, someone sent me this video because I was mentioned in it. I want to say thank you for sharing your story. I'm grateful that I was able to help you with my videos in anyway. Even though you aren't fully recovered, these are the powerful videos that help many. You are "in it" and you are giving guidance from that position. I love how you mention that you really have to look at your life/thoughts/beliefs to heal. Don't under estimate how powerful your videos are. Your videos are helping and giving others hope. You don't have to wait to "fully" heal to help others with the insights you have learned so far. Thank you Matthew 🙏 you got this ❤

I have a diagnosis of post-viral syndrome and fatigue - but I've never felt calmer. The fatigue seemingly has silenced anxiety and depression or almost all negative feelings; so I just don't see how I could characterise this as being stuck in flight-fight. I'm physically healthy, eat well, sleep well and I exercise: I'm just injured by a viral infection.

Its funny, I know all the guys you mentioned 🙂
Got also the book breaking free.
What I notice in my recovery progress is to push a little bit over the boundaries. I can train now with slightly heavier weights at the gym, it took me one year to be confident to do it. Its all about the danger signals in our brain, we have to convince our brain that we are safe, even if you get flare up afterwards, try to stay calm and dont put to much emotions to it. Im still on my way to recover, sometimes I have doubts what Im doing is right or wrong. I guess its a try and error in the recovery process. Hold on guys, we all will find our way out. Dont give up, keep going. Sometimes its the last key which opens you the door.

For chronic pain, a great book is: The way out by Alan Gordon.

covid more than likely is the product of an industrial accident that came out of the vision industrial group thinking in the 1990s that there could be a one-shot vaccine that covers flu. They later went for a vaccine in development that would cover SARS and MERS and formed venture risk companies to develop this vaccine potential. From some account the project as it ended up in development in 2019 wasn't achieving this goal so an outsider was asked into the lab and it seems standard, roof of cave stages of life bat utility virus and the project leadership determination decided to against senior advisory staff to add this bat virus and slice it in via nanotechnology methods.
What this action had done was change a utility virus meant for bats to be taken up in humans. The scientific social question to be asked in view of how covid affects people, is in time can mankind phase out of this in scripted by changing mankind's DNA association?
What is still not understood and the scientific community is even refusing to look at this, are the dimensions of the hypermutation event, that took place in a district of Wuhan approximately Jan 2020 out of the laboratory in an uncontrolled way. Hypermutation occurs with a virulent or extra strong active type of virus as the past h1n1 Mexican swine flu had done. This hypermutation phase then split covid into two differing strains. One was a modification of familiar ground contagion passed and the other had been a pure airborne version of the virus.
It's good that this video is being made as I see that only very advanced technology that we probably don't admit to having publicly would be the way to alter covid's grip on humanity. So yes, one might as well be happy. djb USA *Note I have the lecture on post lab escape hypermutation but from the hostility I've received, I might as well make this on fly fishing casting techniques.

Is brainretraining the only thing you did? No medical therapy/medecines? No supplements? How long ago did your LC start? How severe was it at your worst? Enjoy your trip!

    • @MATTSOU
      @MATTSOU  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

No medical therapy, a lot of supplements but didn't help. LC started 2 years ago and I was bedbound at my worst.
Brain retraining helped a lot, but I didn't really follow a structured program and I also don't think it is necessary.
Through reading: breaking free, The way out - Alan Gordon, and watching videos on youtube, I understood the concept of observing the symptoms neutrally (kind of like mindfullness) and sending messages of safety to the brain. I also think a daily practice of meditation is really helpfull and the videos of LifewithKyle are an absolute godsend for a more 'holistic' brain retraining approach.

No, luckily I did not. I do however think that the individual symptoms don't really matter, the root cause is the same and when adressed can result in full symptom resolution.
I think having panic attacks can be a good connfirmation for yourself that this is nervous system related. However bad or uncomfortable the panic attacks are, maybe this can guide you in the right direction by starting adressing the nervous system.
