    Thank you for explaining in such a way it’s easy to understand.
    I’m a long hauler of nearly 3 years and it’s completely changing my life, I’m unable to work and now classed as disabled, after being a normal working mum.
    I don’t think I’ll ever recover but feel I could achieve a better standard/quality of life, but need drs to be able to give me the opportunity to get there.
    Please keep helping us 🙏

      Don't give up. What I read today was, the fatigue might be the body's immune system attempting to give the body the rest it needs.

    I have MS and therefore thought I knew everything about fatigue. Then I got Covid and since then nothing works. But, brothers and sisters - post-Covid fatigue passes after all. I have learned to seize the day, even if it sometimes feels hopeless.

    This morning I felt COLD (for the first time ever) and exhausted after a slightly larger breakfast than normal. Just some additional berries but without coffee that I always have beforehand. I'm glad he mentioned cortisol. At first, antihistamines helped me a great deal. I'm about to take a pink one for nighttime. Mitochondria control the inflammation response. I felt so much better in the sun this summer they've found red light penetrates and creates melatonin in those cells to repair them at night. I think we'll get better as they keep learning and we keep trying what works for us. Because the inflammation affects the brain, I can feel hopeless, but this often passes quickly later in the day. Mornings are more difficult perhaps related to cortisol they say get light first thing, so I use a SAD light, but sometimes I forget. The new low wattage LED bulbs are not full spectrum some of those red rays we can't see. It's a frustrating puzzle, but one worth solving!

    Thank you for this. I was fine when I had covid but the after effects were awful, it was so bizarre to explain to people. Learning the the impact having glandular fever, vitamin d deficiency and b12 was super useful, as I suffered all three for years.

    Thank you so much for this video. I have severe fatigue where I can sleep upto 18 hours a day. It's completely ruined my life.. friends and family think I'm just being lazy and need to get out more which I do try and do out of frustration but then I end up bedbound again a few days later and it's a vicious cycle. I am interested in the HBOT but who do I need to speak to as my GP is not very understanding? Can you receive it on the NHS or is it private therapy?

    • @crowerkz
      @crowerkz 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      You'll have to go private. No chance with the NHS.

      Are you on a low inflammation diet? Have you tried antihistamines? They are inexpensive to try. Histamine can go throughout the body and cause an immune response.

    ME/cfs (chronic fatigue syndrome) is the same as long covid or post covid. ME/cfs is only caused by another virus such as Ebstein Barr virus.
