I hope this resonates with some of you. I really enjoyed making type of video and created it with the intention of touching in more on a heart level. I hope it evokes something in you and connects you with the things that may have been leading up to you getting in this state, seeing that things might have been out of alignment and that this is an opportunity to get back into alignment. Wake up. Humanity was attacked by a V made in a lab. Long C is a weakening of natural immunity. Long C is caused by the Spike P and is acquired by Vax or Infection. Wake the hell up. Until you realize you have been attacked by EVIL you will never be able to tackle the root of the problem.

    It's crazy that the greatest suffering can be turned into such a simple thing. I'm seeing your video for the first time and I see it exactly like that, it's exactly the way out of this Long Covid thing.

    Indeed very strict pacing is maybe not the best, but I have adhd and pushing and crashing is all I do the last 4 years.. this is think my most challenging about my lc, you just have to respect your boundaries or is pacing another thing?

    explain how you can feel resistance without pushing it away. Is that not the same as just resisting? It feels confusing

    • @briechilli4496
      @briechilli4496 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Feel the resistance, then allow the resistance too. Accept all your feelings. Even resistance. I know, im confused too. Goodluck.

    • @mlmooose8206

      Feel the resistance. And be neutral or indifferent to it. Let it be, no judgment to the feeling. That's how you want to feel in to it

    i inherited exhausting behaviours (for ex. extreme people pleasing), which had been my parents' reactions to complex trauma when they were little. this was difficult to dig up because my childhood was totally safe for my nervous system. i always knew there was an energy leak in my patterns. also i knew in order to manage long covid in the years afterwards and not to get exhausted with the next big stress phase, i had to reveal those patterns. now i am working on recognizing them, which allows me to change them. i learn a lot from Tim Fletchers videos and from CrappyChildhoodFairy.

    There is no such thing as long covid, you are experiencing injury from a particular treatment.

      I never had any "particular treatment"and I had COVID twice in two months that literally destroyed me...i thought I was dying and I now ,definitely have long covid.

    Hi! There’s a lot about energy management and pacing in cfs community, which makes me always trying to control how much energy I’m using, and how much is left, and that PEM is coming… did you do any pacing while recovering?

    Thank you for your video Matthew. I have been following Raelan for a couple of years now and have also learnt so much from her and also the videos she has done, she is pure gold. She also now has a brain retraining program which is really straight forward and not exspensive Dan Buglio on Pain Free You also has some great videos particularly one on messages of safety that you can easily incorporate into your day. Wishing you all the best and looking forward to hearing your complete story one day 🥰

    Studies have been showing most long covid suffers see improvement over time. I think it's fine to spread what you believe has been working for you, but this is all anecdotal evidence which should be stated in the video. We need more medical studies for us to really find out what is happening. Traveling puts those with long covid at risk of another infection causing symptoms to heighten again, or even be worse than before.

    Very good video! I was just thinking about a ''friend'' who doesn't believe that I have long covid and was not supportive at all during these last 3 years. Then, this week, he contacted me to see if I could help him on something and it was very very triggering for me. I just did the gentleman and said that it was a difficult moment for me, and he never replied. Yeah... Something for me to work on...

    Great video! Since I've been taking this approach I feel a lot more connected to my body and feel in the present moment which has been amazing. However all the physical symptoms/sensations have become more intense than ever. Is this supposed to happen? Starting to question myself now.

    • @MATTSOU
      @MATTSOU 22 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes I think this is quite common, you can see it as the nervous system fighting back and trying to get your attention. I think Alan Gordan said some things about it in his book: The way out. Just stick with the practices and try to keep on telling your nervous system that you are safe and the sensations are OK.
