  • Getting back on track can be tough but taking it step by step makes things a little easier. Mental breaks are ok!!! Resilience to come back better than before and it wont be perfect but as long as your trying it’ll come together. So here’s to getting back on your routine!

    Girl you are showing reality. I finally went back into the gym, it’s day 3 and it’s hard at time and I overstimulate too. We can’t control everything and do so much at once, just take it day by day and continue to take care of yourself🫶🏻

      Yess it can definitely be hard but you got it girl keep showing up in any way you can and sometimes it means taking breaks when needed, just like our body needs rest our mind does too!!! but thankyou so much❤️
