    Really pleased with this new video - strength is probably what I need to work at most apart from balancing. I watched it while having breakfast (I’d already walked the dog and done the standing warm-up and 4 stretches). I’ll give this new video a go later on. Thank you Mike for taking so much trouble on our behalf!

    I,m 84 years old and have a complete tear rotary cuff..I try to do your senior excercises.and like them..I can't understand you sometimes because of your accent so I just watch what you do... thank you...

    I'm gonna check your other videos for Achilles stretches, cuz I had a little pain in that area with the partial lunges. Maybe I can condition that Achilles area better first. Your videos are my fav!😁

    As others have said, thanks for another great set of exercises, love the addition of the weights. The lunges were interesting for me (dodgy knees) but I will work on them :) Jan

      I did it with w re I started was 'Senior Stretch' and 'Senior Strength' , both by 'Fitness With Cindy. Those stretches help so much! I'm 68. Also love Denise Austin.

    Well, Mike, I did this one and truly felt as though I was COMPLETELY exercised. My knees are bad but was able to do both the Summa and split stance exercises with much crackling and popping and some discomfort, but they're doable. At las,t versions I'm able to do! Thanks for a thorough workout aided by your excellent coaching!...Anastasia

    I just found your channel. I like it. I need to start doing strength exercises, ( I walk the dog for a hour daily and ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes) and I also saw a video on stairs. I’ll try that one also. My question is can I do these daily? Or do I need to rest for 24 hours before doing them again

      Sounds like you are quite active Jeanne. Start with alternate days for the exercises.

    Enjoyed this set of exercises, but I have a question, I find that I can do the sumo squats without pain in my knees, but I can't do normal squats due to knee pain, just curious as to why. Thanks Mike :)

      It could be how your knees are tracking Jan. Continue with the sumo's instead. 🙂

    Are squats and lunges safe for people who are over 50s and have knee problems?

      Hey Basma, If performed correctly, these exercises are safe for all. Even more so with partial squats and partial lunges. If one has knee problems it's best to get a proper assessment, and individualised exercise program.
