Those complaining that you’re not doing anything on the truck have obviously never ran an older truck while working on it. It’s tough to run a truck AND restore it at the same time. I’ve done it three times now, and I don’t have kids like you do. Good job. Keep on keeping on and don’t let the detractors get you down. They’ve got no clue what you’re doing or what they’re talking about.

You are doing what you need to do. If you are bringing home double what you were making with Black Beauty you did the right thing. If people are saying you are not doing anything to the truck they never had to maintain a truck or car that is older or high mileage. I ran a business and had to maintain vehicles that had high mileage. I bought both vehicles new. It's not easy. You are doing alright. Just be safe.

I would save up for at least a 4 week it might take longer with part shortages, but I would definitely save up for 4 weeks, if you don't need it it's better to have it then not.

A pretty truck is great, but if you can bank money first, then make it pretty later, way smarter. You're on the right track and doing just fine. This channel is about the journey, not the destination, it'll al happen in time. Enjoy the ride.

Its very easy to comment. Do this? Do that on your truck. I've been at this game for 18 years. It's not so simple parts are expensive and labor forget about it. I would focus on it mechanically. A beautiful truck that's not running good mechanically looks nice but won't pay the bills. On the other hand, a truck that's just ok looking but in excellent mechanical condition will pay the bills.
