      Coach Jeff, Good Morning, kavitha from Dubai. I can't thankyou so much and am so happy and grateful to you. I floated with kicking today ❤❤❤. What a feeling. I did it, I did it😊😊.
      Morning my trainer after warm up, told to float, initially I was again scared and said to her , please give me 2 minutes time. Then I visualised your video of this and slowly glided. Then got confident and now no more fighting with water and water has become my friend. Cant wait to learn more in next class. .
      Trainer appreciated me for keeping my body position so well and learning quickly. But I only know how much time i spent at home watching your videos and learned this. Lol.
      Thank you so much once again coach.

      @@caribeswim Well, I would say, each and every part of video is helpful. Usually the beginners either follow the hands movements or legs movement, but as you explained very well that holding breathe is important to float you in water and then use hands movements to swim, etc etc. Honestly, I really followed the same steps and I would 100% agree, this is the right way of learning swimming.

    I'm 30 I am taking a 40 days course today was 15 th day according to teacher I am too slow and my kicks don't come up. So almost for 15 days I am just wall kicking while others already learned to swim. Is it possible for me to learn swimming or should I just leave it.

    y'all need a personal trainer ..... i grow up training my mates to swim because i was born in riverline area. i have done CPR without anyone training me. To me i think everyone can be a better Swimmer as longer as there's that zeal to learn & perfect all swimming tehniques .

    its FUNNY all swimmers end up hold breath longtime and swim fast , beginners always want to know how to breath easy still swim in water. chicken and egg problem in teaching ? what's the point in holding breath and swimming does it add any value ? holding breath long time is good or bad ? it feels like human needs a scuba diving pipe for swimming in water .

    • @caribeswim
      @caribeswim  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Holding your breath creates buoyancy. Air in your lungs is what allows you to float. There is a time and place to blow bubbles and release that air as well.
