CAKE BATTER
2 cups AP flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 stick unsalted butter
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup milk
Zest of 1 lemon
1 pint fresh blueberries (remove a few to top the cake) coated in 1 tbs AP flour
CHEESECAKE BATTER
16 oz cream cheese
2/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 /4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Hey Fridai, this looks like the PERFECT combination. It looks scrumptious, and I bet it was definitely mouth-watering delicious.
