POUND CAKE
3 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 cups granulated sugar
3 sticks unsalted butter at room temp
6 eggs at room temp
1 tbs vanilla extract
Zest of 2 navel oranges
1 1/4 cup dried cranberries (rehydrated) water o see in 1 1/2 tsp AP flour
GLAZE
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Splash of vanilla extract
Enough heavy cream and juice from orange to reach desired consistency.
