But he'll probably need to drive an electric prototype because most of where his time was beaten was at higher altitude when his Peugot was losing horsepower and the VW electric prototype still had 100% of its power

Pfff... Ogier is only successful if Loeb has technical problems with the car, is disadvantaged, or does not participate in the competition. Without the dust on the first third of the track, Ogier would never have been able to win. And I'm not a fan of Loeb anymore. But it has to be fair.
What is exceptional is that Loeb is still running at such a high level after 20+ years. He's in a league of his own.
