    Wes! - love all your great info and insight!! - My question is..at the end of the month when I do my reports, If I buy a case of coke (can) and they come to be $0.46 a can, and I sell them for $0.75 that is a diff. of $0.29 - is there a report that would tally all that up for me? Or do I need to go thru my daily sales and add each sale - multiply by how many I had for the month..which is quite time consuming!! lol

    Thank you so much for the video and the explanation. Please can you share how do you get the 'On Hand' values of the item on your app? Is it dynamically updated after every purchase from the vending machine?
    I understand that the 'Par' value is based on the rings of the coil, and you can set it based on coil that you have.

      To reset the cash box amount shown. Hold down the red money bag 💰symbol on the telemetry device that’s hooked up to your NAYAX card reader… the machine should know what’s in the coin mechs after you load it up if you go to the settings of your machine from the control board and load the money in from the coin slot on the front of the machine.. check your Machines owner manual for details

    Great information, Great breakdown of how the program works. 1 question though. I see that it shows the number of items sold. Is it showing all items sold from the card reader or all items sold from all payment options, like coins and bills as well?

      It will show all items sold. The card reader tracks cash and card payments. But if you look at the “recent sales” section in the app, it will tell you what type of card was used, when, and even the last 4 digits of the card. If it was cash it just shows a little fake money symbol..

    My question is coming from the nayax cashless side. How do we access the money from customers purchasing items with cards ? The cash is already there. But how do we get the credit card sales sent to business account? If I’m making sense. Lol thanks

      You’ll have to have a bank account to have your credit card funds sent to. (I always suggest opening a separate business account.) Then when you call NAYAX to setup service with them (they charge 9.99 monthly on each device for this service) You
      Will let them know what account to have weekly deposits sent to.

Great video do you know how to have the credit card charge the extra .10 cents seem to chage it on the product map but for some reason it's not charging the credit cards the extra .10 cents so we can have it cover the fees obviously there is no charge on cash sales but we want to figure out how to add it but it just does not seem that just putting the amount under cc is working any help would be awesome..thanks

      Good question. So you will need to contact NAYAX support and request to have 2-tier pricing activated on your accounts. This will allow them to charge the extra 10 cents per transaction. They also sell small stickers that act as a disclaimer for your customers stating that “prices displayed reflect a 10 cent cash discount”

      Do you have the full NAYAX access? You have to pay like 9.99 per month on the decide to get access to product tracking. On the app, click the three dots on the lower right, then click last sales, it should show up in the last sales area

    Great video! Could you possibly tell me how I get my machine ready to take cards? This is my first time setting up a reader and mine is just reading “cash only” it is showing up in my portal so I know it is connected but I think I’m missing something

      Have you already registered your card reader with NAYAX? I’m guessing so if it’s in your portal. Also, does your machine have coins in the cassette for change? What about wireless connection, is it weak?

    We currently have 4 machines also. This has been an extremely useful video as our setup was less than assisting. Would you by chance have run across any issues where your reader starts reading in different languages?? I've had to reset one machine 4x in last couple days.

      As long as your machine is MDB compatible your good to go. And yes it keeps track of cash/cards both together and separately. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly on the app and computer. You can visit each machine individually or look at them as a whole
      If you have multiple NAYAX decides connected

      I’m not sure what Sterling is exactly. As long as your machine is MDB compatible and you have access to Verizon or AT&T cell phone signal your good. Keep in mind that each NAYAX unit is either Verizon or AT&T comparable. There’s a chip inside each one

      You’ll want to call NAYAX and see about having 2-tier pricing activated. (I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called) so an extra .10 is added to the total fee for card transaction

      I don't know off the top of my head. From what I can recall, multivend was an option that could be activated in the vending machine settings. Otherwise you may need to contact NAYAX to enable multivend..

      Once you set the “par level” which is how many items fit into each spiral, the on-hand inventory will reduce with each purchase. Then when you go to refill, you will need to adjust each one up to the proper level. What I normally do is pack my bins for each machine the night before, and adjust the levels for each item up as I place snacks into the box..

      You will need to Contact NAYAX directly to set-up a new account with them. (There are some forms to sign along with you providing what bank account you want the monies to deposit into.)

      As long as everything is setup, it should show inventory decreasing.. are all of your spirals matched up perfectly on the app via MDB codes? If not it may have decreased inventory in another spiral instead..

      There are 2 tiers of the NAYAX app. You have to elect the 9.99 option with them to get product tracking.. it’s kind of like an upgraded package with them. You will likely have to call and request access

      Just use cash or coins and pull them back out as needed.. maybe set the whole machine to .25 cents and use quarters for test purchasing

      Yes. It’s 9.99 per month for each device. You also pay a small transaction fee for each swipe. But, you can opt in for 2-tier pricing which adds .10 cents to each card swipe. This covers your transaction fees plus a little bit extra. If you get enough business in a month, that little bit extra could end up covering your monthly fee for the decide also. (Or at least reduce the amount owed for the month) PS: Promo code “Asheville7” will get you 7% off any and all future NAYAX purchases on their website.

      You have to make it. On the website (from a computer) go to operations - machines - then click the blue search button near the top - then click on your machine - then click products map.. that’s where you’ll input your MDB codes and name your products.       @@joannacyzman2368 Getting started is the only hard part. I always recommend buying devices directly from NAYAX so they come pre-activated to speak. If your device was used, or purchased elsewhere, you will need to contact NAYAX to activate it via the serial number. Each device is also pre-loaded with either Verizon or AT&T service. Something else to be aware of if not purchasing directly from NAYAX

And it has been hell dealing with Nayax but everyone says once you get started its easy. So if they came with the machines, then individually need to register them with Nayax?       I’ve never really gotten it to work on the App. Anytime I need to make changes I have to use the website from a computer or laptop. I have a short video showing how to do this..

    How do you actually get a Nayax account?

      Once you purchase a NAYAX card reader and setup service with them, your connected machines will show up on your NAYAX account

      @@WesleyAllenNC How do I set up service with them? I purchased the vending machine from the vender new with the card reader pre installed however when I go to the Nayax website I can not find anywhere on there to create a new account.

      You will need to call them and setup service.

      @@shoncaudill8356 Nayax will onboard you. You'll need your modem serial number and they'll set it up electronically.

    @Wesley_Allen_NC we are having trouble connecting our bank account. Nayax has been collecting payments for two months and it is not going into our business account. We have reached out but haven't heard anything from them. Any advice?

      Sorry for the delay. I would call their customer service line, and when prompted, make the selection for a call back. Once they call back just let them know what’s going on. I’m unsure myself as I haven’t had that issue. I really hope that it gets resolved!
