This video was recently requested by a subscriber who wanted to know a little more about the different price functions of these machines.
I decided to show that along with some general operation tips and tricks. I hope this video helps if your in the market for a solid combo vending machine.

Funny, I just checked with Costco, and they don't seem to sell vending machines anymore... However, Sam's Club, and BJ's still do. The price has gone up quite a bit over the last two years. Sam's has a sale going on right now at $450 off on these models, currently selling at $5048 with the card reader, and free shipping... Be forewarned, I would carefully look over the shipping agreement, and how it will be delivered... Personally speaking, I prefer the machine be delivered directly to the location using 'White Glove' delivery service
If you order directly through Selectivend they deliver inside. According to the employee I spoke to.
@@Onlyinbean Yeah, they call that "White Glove Delivery," and I highly recommend it... Whenever I call around for quotes on new vending machines, I always inquire whether they offer that delivery option, otherwise they'll just drop it off at the location you specify, and you'll have to move it yourself after that. 🚛

Prices are super easy. Do you have your manual still? You can set the whole machine to one price, set an entire row to a separate price, or do all prices individually

Sheesh gotta try this out I went to a bowling place with my friends and I saw they had no vending machines can you put videos on what stuff malfunctions with this vending machine and how to fix it just in case if I run to these problems?
Sure, I’ll try to provide an update video on that particular machine in the future. Only thing I’ve had to replace so far was the push button keypad..

I really enjoy using this machine. Installing the card reader is trickier than on other machines but after that it’s a breeze. I’ll buy it again if a location calls for it
What about the prices for the bottom
The drinks each have their own bins inside the cabinet. They are color coded and can be test vended the same way as the snack coils
I read the air filter on the bottom needs to be cleaned. How do you access it? I can’t seem to find mine.
I just take a small swifter duster to the screen on the bottom from time to time. There may be a better way, or a more in depth method.. maybe someone will chime in if so..
Curious, I have same brand vending machine and recently it will accept money but then drop a whole row of drinks and then not even charge, any ideas on why this would happen?
It may have something to do with the drop sensor? It’s supposed to attempt to vend twice, then give a refund if the slot it empty.

What happens when this machines shows 'No Sale" on the display? When i open and close the door it works perfect but when i come back the next day it says "No sale" and buttons done work until i open and close the door again. lol
It kind of sounds like your machine thinks it’s empty, then assumes it was refilled when you open and close the door.. I’ll have to think on that one to be honest. Hopefully someone with more insight will answer
@@WesleyAllenNC would you happen to know how the machine knows if its empty or not? I purchased this unit used from someone and it's less then a year old. I just plugged it in and then after a while no sale popped up lol.
How do you change the lock on this specific machine?
Super easy. Open the machine so you can see the locking mechanism. Take a small flathead screwdriver (or car key) and press in the small metal latch. (With your vending key already inserted into the lock). Once it’s pressed in, pull out with your vending key and it should slide right out

No I’ve never stocked any dollar coins to be honest. I considered it once upon a time but never got around to it
What do you mean by that exactly? The Conlux coin changer, accepts the coins, and sends them to the coin bucket. Usually I have to place them in the 'dollar' coin tube manually after that...
Any issues with the bill acceptor? I just got mine brand new and just found out that the bill acceptor is not accepting bills.
I’ve had mine since 2019 and no issues. Were you able to resolve this?

Yes. Using the drink columns that use coils. They won't fit in the 12 ounce can tray...

How do you get your funds from the credit card reader
I use NAYAX card readers. When you set them up initially you’ll have to call them directly for activation. They will also send paperwork for your weekly direct deposit to your bank account

what kind of machine is that?
I purchased a vending machine for my staff. I changed the setting for the multi purchase option but when they try to use their card for more than one item it will only charge them and they have to swipe their card again. When I checked again to make sure it said Null y in the settings and it does. Not sure what to do.
You might need to give NAYAX a quick call and make sure there’s nothing else they need to activate on their side to allow multiple vends per swipe

It’s made by Wittern but goes by different names depending on who’s selling it. It’s a 3589 model by Wittern. Some call it a Futura, Trimline II, and all kinds of other names..
Not too sure if you can answer this question, but I just purchased this exact vending machine and the issue I’m having is that when I purchase a product from this machine, and the product dispenses, when I push the change back button it will give me my full amount fir the product back. How do I fix that? I don’t want anyone figuring that out and start getting their money back and getting free stuff.

@@WesleyAllenNC Last December, i was contacted by the regional manager for a major internet company but then Corona occurred and it disrupted the flow of everything so a lot of the workers are working from home now. I am due to get 2 locations, one with almost 200 employees and one warehouse with like 7 but it's part of the agreement. They currently have canteen but they are not looking them. Last week, i got an senior apartment complex with 200 residents so who knows who thatll do
