I gain muscle easily, and they are visible 😂, but would like to lose a layer or two of fat. I count calories, I love to strength train, and exercise often, but am not consistent enough with either for fat loss. My weakness is sweets. I’m going to try some of your dessert recipes. Maybe I’ll see some fat loss with just that change!🤞🏻 Thanks for all the info!👍🏻

Loved it! Goal setting. Be realistic. Check the ego. Know your limitations. I write out a schedule the night before for the next day, everyday with a written timeline. On it I include two different workouts. One a bit more intense (which would mean after stretching and warm up I do heavier weights or more sets or both) and one less intense . It would depend on how much time and energy I have when I complete my day's work load. Writing out two workouts helps me mentally. If I do not feel up to do the more intense workout by having a choice of workouts I don't feel mentally obligated that I "have too." Doing some sort of workout is better than not doing one. I’m currently between 200-250 carbs daily at 156lbs give or take a pound at the end of the week, assuming I weigh in fully digested and in my underwear. Been wondering if I wanna go 300+ carbs for a good while but I really wanna be closer to a Bruce Lee shred vs Jason Mamoa bulk..anyway, gratz on your progress! 👍

My goal is to do all the workouts for the next CrossFit Open as prescribed because I did 3 out of the 5 workouts for the 2020 CrossFit Open & I never did 1 CrossFit Open workout as prescribed before. Is the protein cookie dough good for me in helping me reach my goal?

Gotta try Greg Doucettes anabolic ice cream. 10/10 the go to after dinner almost every night. Basically the base is protein powder, non fat Greek yogurt, almond milk, xanthan gum and ice then you can add what ever you want from there like PB fit and chocolate chips and so on
Hi Kristi have you though of writing a diet book that is easy for dumb dumbs like me to follow what to eat for gainers for someone who wants to lean up or build muscle whats a good fat good carbs or good protein and the amount I would definitely buy it also can you do a video on the supplement you take to help you train hard that would be great 👍 thanks in advance
YES!! Great practice to get in that habit. Sometimes it can be challenging but it is the best practice and you will start to learn we sometimes eat tooooo much and if we would stop at 80% we are perfectly satisfied!
