As an audio professional, the mic issue was hardly an issue at all. However, you don’t want to set your mic level too high, otherwise you’ll get audio clipping/distortion. As a viewer, I was more focused on watching the instruction rather than paying attention to audio quality. You’re good! 👍🏽
I looked up the movement you were trying to explain about the hammer curl and the slight twist (pinky) in the grip. They call that movement or twisting motion “supination”.
i consider myself an experienced lifter, i’ve been doing it for years. and love it. but i always find myself back on your channel bc you train so unorthodox. the tempos, the different angles, and exercises. you adapt to what works for you and what’s comfortable. your body needs different styles and motions every once in a while. i appreciate you always bringing that for me.
