I learned some about gunships and general idea how they're used thx for that but your landings are not professional, ofc they're done but are not efficient at all.I suggest after getting to balanced state and speed(velocity in which you won't get altitude by pitching) slightly pitch forward towards LZ, then turn 90 degree sideways by E(In case of AAF helos Q)to have clear view, when you're above LZ roll right and descend to stop, this way it will be fast and tail wont collide with ground.
