I learned from my twenties how shallow people are. Looks make or break how people treat you off the bat. Be the most attractive person you can be for yourself because I promise you get better treatment
Sure, but also why would you want to be around people who only treat you kindly if you’re attractive? You can’t control how others treat you but you can control your environment (for the most part). You don’t actively need to be spending time with people who only value you as a person based on what you look like.
I just turned 20 and I feel lost. I feel alone, I feel a lot of anxiety, especially in social settings. I feel like I don’t know myself. I feel like I’m trying to do so many things, but not really knowing what I want
You are gonna get over it gurl. Its just a matter of time. You are a goddamn woman who is gonna manifest everything she aspires. Just have faith. Loads of love❤
I felt this! But I would say to break out of this you gotta KNOW YOURSELF. You already lowkey figured out what you gotta do it’s just about seeing it through. & always remember BE AUTHENTIC. Be genuine! It pays in the long run… I’m telling you. You’d be surprised how many people are NOT GENUINE !
@@LuvKitKatt THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THISSS !!!! I had to learn how to not be so hard on myself and to accept things because I’m still young and learning. And I’m slowly learning that people’s intentions are not pure, and it hurts. But as long as I feel like I’m genuine to myself it’s all that counts
I FELT EVERY PART OF THIS VIDEO, especially the part of boundaries, i literally lost all my friends cos i finally started having boundaries when i turned 25, i guess not everyone was meant to finish the journey with us, but tbh am glad i believe they weren't meant to be in this next chapter of my life, better now than realizing this later,

Yes, really needed this because I’m 25 and I do not like my appearance and that’s due to the fact that I don’t like my body and I know it’s something I can change but I’m lazy 😩 so I feel in order to step into my womanhood I need to gain confidence and it starts with loving my body first. I rebuke the spirit of laziness
you *are* not lazy, you are being lazy right now. but laziness is not your identity. you can make change and can make change now. just sit in a quiet place, maybe put a song that gets you in a flow (i usually start with the song tajdar e haram, it's a spiritual song so sets me in right mood) and start from scratch. think of it as a prayer to god, say to god why you feel you are miserable, first address your worries. and then start visualising from now on, exactly from where you are, what small changes u can do to lead to ur desired state. and visualise urself doing them, visualise ur hurdles clearing up one by one. finish the visualisation as the song ends. open your eyes, thank god, and start taking just the next right step you can take. you can do it!
I am 52, want to change my life for the 2nd innings. I started my fitness journey and want to be the fittest at my 53rd birthday. I am doing Pilates, gym and learning new languages to keep my brain young. I love your voice n your videos. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I only started watching your videos by chance last night, and from then on, I was hooked. Most of the videos i watched piqued my interest, touching on topics I've been wanting to start, but didn't know how too. Every video i watched felt specifically tailored for me. The manner in which you communicate your message is so clear and simple. Your videos are not so long, which keeps me engaged... Thank you for your videos
Beautiful video, just had a break up after 5 years and was looking for some uplifting videos, I turned 25 two months ago and I've always wanted my 25th year to be the year I finally move into my woman hood, surprisingly this was also the year I felt like I was depressed for the first time in my life, also made the most money this year, but I still felt like something was missing, I look at myself and I feel like a complete mess, I hate the way I look, I have so many dreams, aspirations and things I want to do, but I couldn't just get myself to do them, I'm hoping with this break up, I can finally break free from that cage and look and feel the way I really want to
