Ok. took a while to get this. Had to redo my saves and playthroughs twice because i got locked into the other two endings. But yea hardest to get so far or complicated i would say. In terms of bosses this boss isn't super hard but does an insane amount of wither damage. I used the Cursed armor set to negate that. One more ending left. Inferno ending. I'll try to get that by tomorrow morning. Enjoy!

This fight is so brutal in NG+ just one hit from those eyes and my 1200hp wither a lot

At the beginning I thought this game was like Dark Souls 2 after fighting this boss I’m convinced, this is Darklurker on steroids.
I wouldn’t say that feeding the whole world to an umbral monster is the “true” ending lol
Fourth favorite fight in the game. If not for Adyr the Disappointment, this game would have zero bad main bosses (ones with remembrances).
I do everything as the video said, everything worked…until…last step i speak Molhu, and cinematic brings me Mother Lull, i went through the 4 soulfly, and the last cinematic started, and the game freeze out! After come back plenty times, always the 2nd soulfly when i click, the game freeze out. If sometimes happens that i can reach the end, then the video didnt pop up, nothing happening. So no umbral ending, no trophy and cant get ng+…just always the same error code ce-108255-1. Anyone had this issue pls? Or any fix? :(
What's the ring and amulet you using ?
Is her sword anywhere near as good as the one from Pieta? Even if not, does it at least have that cool blue blade?

Sadly it's trash. Which is odd seeing as it comes from the final boss. Nowhere near as good as the Holy version none the less other weapons.
how to use the soulflay on pieta. talking to pieta has no entry like this
I'm trying to get this ending too but can't seem to find the body of Iron Wayfarer in Fief, do got any idea where he might be?
If you progress the level normally up to point where there is a archer with a few wolves and you need to climb a ladder to pass a closed gate he should be standing on the ledge overseeing the village. You have to be in umbral to see him though.

My older brother who’s not fond of soulslikes actually commented that he thought Pieta looked like a good fight while watching me fight her.
i killed the final boss but after entering the lull its not giving me the ending or allowing me to ng+ but i still unlocked the putrid child class?
I think this boss is a referance to darklurker in dark souls 2, darklurker can even clone himself

Question. How easy is to understand the route for each ending. I mean for regular ending it's obvious you want to stop adyr, but how subtle are the hints for the umbral and pyro endings? Can you mess them up, or the game properly hints to what you have to do? Asking for people with small brain power for puzzles or Sherlock Holmes level of deduction
the normal route is simple, just go kill bosses and clean the beacons. Easy, leads to normal radiant ending.
The inferno ending, is similar. Just don't touch the beacons. At the end let Adyr convert the rune into empowered rune and then go turn the beacons evil. Then go back to where you fought judge cleric and use the rune on her.
The umbral ending is super fricking complicated and half the time confusing. I got stuck several times. You need to beat harrower dervla, and make sure not to clean the beacons.
Next buy the clump from mollu at the hub, and use it at the shrine in harrower dervlas boss fight area to enter mother's lull
the entity there will give you pods with npc names. Go and use the pods on them and kill them. These include Damarose (found in adyr Shrine Fitzroys gorge), Gerlinde (the blacksmith in hub), and melchior who you use the pod after sundered king boss. You also need to take the parasite from lightreaper kill and place it beside mollu, then the iron wayfarer who will be found in fief valley. Take his parasite as well. In the meantime you will need to turn the Adyr Rune you get into an umbral one by going back to mothers lull. After that fight with elianne, and then follow what i did in the video.
As i said 3rd one is complicated and confusing lol.

@Waxf0rd yep you are locked from upgrading that ending. I basically waited till my sword was maxed before I killed her

Was Adyr really a fight or just something to do while you listen to his voice line? I thought the speech was the whole point and those random mobs were just a distraction while you enjoy the lore.
@vekeuimonen11 pretty sure you're on the money with this one, it's the same as the "final boss" in demon souls, its meant to be thematic and add to the story.
But this is the souls community were talking about, they will just be like "shit boss is ez" and ignore everything else.
Saying that though I did find the adyr fight underwhelming, was waiting to fight a god not get exposition lore dumped on me for 5 mins whilst I have to fight the deacons of the deep if they were the final boss.
Forgot to ask if it's not too much trouble. So you got Pieta Dark Sword here and unlocked a new class. If you start a new game with that new class, does this game have a stash system so you can give dark pieta sword to your new umbral character you just unlocked so you have a good umbral sword? Or is something like that possible only through co-op? Aka give it to someone and that person gives it back on the char you want?
nah only way to transfer sword is to do NG+
and yes you can drop weapons so you can ask you friend to take the weapon and send it back to you on a completely new run

This Bossfight was good. The final Boss was ridiculous.
I have spent too much time on this boss. Even with cooperators summons we cannot beat her.... I am okay with that... I chime in every few weeks and try again... I can get to at least half of the first phase lol
Do i have to go from the start of the game, not lighting any beacons to get this ending? Cuz i cant seem to find Damarose to use the seedpod on her
dont light beacons, find damarose in the adyr shrine in fitzroys gorge

I thought you kill pieta early on in the game, so how is she there at the end of the game?
She will be revived by a "god?" after you defeat her. She is the npc who upgrades your healing item in this game
@@degenerateprick3288 Her blood is what is in the vial that heals the player. She is revived because of her regenerative nature (at the time).

@@noahsaline4960 The source of her power is being a human/umbral parasite hybrid. She herself is not aware of it because the clerics who raised her wrongly assumed her power was divine. This thing isn't what revived her, it IS her. Elianne is Pieta's real name and this is her true form.

where do you use the umbral parasite from the light reaper?
You place it on thr column beside mollu. The umbral vendor in hub. But you have to have used the seed pod and killed Damarose and gerlinde for this to work

Probably one of the better fights in the game. And the boss hits incredibly hard. I think judge cleric is still the best fight

This boss is definitely inspired by pontiff sulyvahn from dark souls 3, still a great boss though.
This boss is actually inspired by Pieta considering 95% of Elianne's attacks are the same as Pieta's.
Or darklurker from ds2, can clone itself, also looks quite similar, can use a purple energy blade and black orb spam magic 😅

This is on normal ng. I'm just bulked up with right stats for wither and also mass healing with that spell and stones
@@Rubhen925 you must’ve farmed a ton for those stats. I’ve spent so much time on farming and at level 150 with dark crusader class, my vitality, endurance and mana bars are half your characters size. And with how expensive it is to upgrade past level 150 I can only imagine how long it took you to farm for those stats lol. Nothing wrong with it. I’m just impressed haha

Besides the awkward Touhou boss projectiles, the fight actually looks fun. Shame all the endings I've seen are just a vague cutscene and text to explain what happens.

not sure why everyone's praising this fight, it's pure garbage. it's a recycled boss with the same moves that just does way more damage, has a ton of projectiles and summons more copies of itself. not to mention she feels impossible to beat on ng+ because of a massive health pool and you hit for half damage

No, Adyr is pure garbage. This is one of the better fights in the game.

Pieta fight was slow , clunky , boss weapon and animations looks so amateur ! Glad they recycled her and change her color for the end ! Cheap ass mortal Shell looking game
