16:00 They used to post unpainted minis for Forge World, sometimes to show off the level of detail for the resin production which was significantly higher level than the plastic at the time.
I've always appreciated it. It's maybe a bit less flashy for sales, but it gives you a better view of what you're actually getting in detail than the painted models do.
True, but this is not the case. With dwarves they mentioned they didn’t have enough people to paint the whole range for the presentation, considering the amount of miniatures presented here, it is likely they couldn’t manage to complete the skin wolves as well
Based on their efforts to squeeze as much use out of existing kits as possible ( Necroserpents, Pony Carts, Royal Clan Warriors etc ) I got the expectation that we might be getting profiles for Gorebeasts as seperate units - since they're just leftover bits from the chaos chariot if you build them with horses.
Battalion box looks like good value for regiment/ traditional players. Handy for running Allies for non-comp games. A basic build with not to many special rules make WoC “push and play” aspect very accessible for new players imo. Be nice to see more WoC models on the table.
I don't think it is. I've bought 5 chimera last 3 years and they only had the chimera kit in it. The body of the manticore and chimera are obviously the same though
32 Chaos Warriors in the Battalion Box is an odd choice. Way too many. No one ever uses that many. In fact, I rarely see Chaos Warriors being used in competitive games at all. Forsaken on the other hand would have been a good inclusion. But no mention of them at all. A bit strange.

Nice prediction. I'll only hold you to it if you're wrong

Manticore is a dual kit with the Chimera.
Oh it is!! I thought so!! Awesome

@@goatman9998 you're right actually, I got mixed up.
And I was hoping for return of Forsaken :(
Time to brush up on that understanding of the different groups of marauders lol

Marauders would have been a better choice even
Agree 100%. Would much rather have 18 forsaken & 18 Marauders in the box.
Bloodreavers from AOS + some greenstuff might work for forsaken :D
