      Just trying to help out. It took me a bit of time to get numbers and cross reference and I still had a couple failures on my part when it got to the body shop. Thankfully my body shop is great to deal with and knew it was probably not cut and dry and they would need to do a bit of work for the project.

    for the wheel wells i've seen people on the ChargerForums talking about getting mudflaps and cutting them to cover the gap, some leave the mudflaps normally but most i've seen also modify them to fit, hope this helped someone with that problem.

    Don't understand why you can't reuse the R/T belly pan. If the holes don't line up, can't you just drill new holes? Update: I also measured the holes on the bottom of the R/T belly pan and the holes on the bottom of the hellcat bumper and four of the six match up, so I don't think you actually need the new belly pan. Plus it's discontinued.......

    • @AVGJoesGarage
      @AVGJoesGarage  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The bumper cover is a different shape and goes farther out from the car. One could try, but I'm going to guess there won't be much to drill if it's to short. If time is not a concern it can be tried and if it don't work well the pan can be ordered later.

      No brackets to buy. As far as screws and such, my bill from the body shop does not include and hardware like nuts, bolts, washers, clips, plastic retainers, etc. They used what they could off my stock stuff. With that being said, you might need a screw or 2 and for sure you might want to get a few of the plastic retainers as I am missing a couple (the ones that the middle pops up and you pull the retainer out). But with that said this is as complete a list as I have and nothing is loose or falling off or vibrating. It's damn near factory.

    nice, really considering on doing this to my sxt. what did you mean by "non-covered spot" when talking about the srt wheel wells

    • @AVGJoesGarage
      @AVGJoesGarage  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The SRT bumpers flair out and not in like the non SRT bumpers. So there is a little triangle of plastic that is not covered in the front of the front wheel wheels and the rear of the rear wheel wells. At the largest I can maybe fit a quarter in the non covered area. If you would like pictures, I can get you some.

    • @angelreyes2273
      @angelreyes2273 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      AVG Joes Garage sure! It doesn’t really sound like a real issue but a pic would help. And another thing, do you know if I can take the body (bumpers, grilles, side skirts, etc) directly from a srt and put them on my sxt?

    • @AVGJoesGarage

      @@angelreyes2273 should be able to pull the parts directly from a SRT car. I used the VIN of a SRT car to get the parts numbers.

    What’s not covered on the inner wheel well? Does it still fit but there’s a gap?

    • @AVGJoesGarage
      @AVGJoesGarage  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The bottom of the bumper at the wheel wells curves out on the SRT front and rear where the original parts curve in. This leave a small spot at the bottom front if the front wells and bottom rear of the rear wells uncovered by the inners wheel wells.

      I don't have one. I never kept the info since I was not buying them. But to get the part number, get a VIN for a scat pack or hell cat and call a dealership and ask for the price and part numbers or go online to a place like tasca Dodge and look up the parts or call the number on their website. My local dealer was very helpful when I told them what I was trying to accomplish.
