I'm trying to mount a camera so that I can see cars flying up behind me that I wouldn't normally see in the mirrors... I changed my stock mirrors to small tiny mirrors that can't see anything but they look good lol. If not do you have any recommendations of what rear view camera would work best wireless even if I have to mount a small monitor that's okay thanks in advance for your help

Well Alex this is a Good and informative video but the Look It just like the Pearl rear vision and the FenSens Camera license frames are really meant for the US market ( Not available in a European style format ) and that limits their appeal to the rest of the world

I can totally recommend for anybody to use these devices. Its not about being good in backing up, but it assures you very nicely. I am using one of those devices mounted to my trailer. I drive a van and mostly tow a trailer, its very useful if you cant guess the distance from the mirror. =)
Those special screws are just tamper proof e-torx screws, you can buy the keys from any hardware or auto parts store. And what about the size of the backing plate? It would be an ugly install on a car with the longer thinner European licence plates.
Will the video feed stay live all the time on my phone or it will go to sleep after inactivity? I am towing a trailer and I do not see anything behind me. I would like to know if the live feed will stay on my phone so I can see what is going in the back while driving.

Beware of the 2018 Chevrolet Impala back up camera. In the rain the dash board screen image could be extremely blurry due to rain drops on the rear camera lenses and this poor image could get someone killed or seriously injured. Never had a problem with my 2014 Cheve Impala. This is a General Motors Corporation problem!
Robert Sawallesh Shouldn’t rely fully on a backup camera anyways. Looking back helps you see out the sides as well, and backup cameras should (in my opinion) be used for just a better view of what you’re already looking at.
I was wondering if this system allows for use with Andriod Auto? Can I download the app to my vehicles Android Auto from my phone, and then use the camera as an anytime camera?
