You should break the eggs over a colander inside a bowl. When you finish cracking the last egg, all the yolks will be separated from the eggs whites…..😊

What’s the temperature on that griddle/hotplate? It looks like almost no heat at all, how long are they on that thing? Also is there additional water involved under the lid that you put on? So you can steam them?
