P&d 10 times harder due to going through tight spots, but doing any local delivery gig will be easier if it's in a city you live and familiar with....I go down plenty of streets that say no truck allowed, but only because I know my city and where I can and can't go
P&D is waaaaay harder. Tight backing, backing off busy roads, blindsiding, tight turns, pickups have closing times, gotta take your break by a certain time. My back up 20-25 times in a 8 hour shift.
Would switching to fedex ground linehaul be a bad decision right now? The contractor is offering 30 an hour with benefits, 300 mile radius for linehaul. Do you know if things are picking up?

I see more ltl companies hiring right now, so I'm just wondering
I use to run for fedex ground but it just depends on location honestly
