He was a great man of his time. A heart that did care. He had demons yet with the support of his strong-willed wife he was able to conquer them. A very religious man but his heart was open for many gentile and Jew. He was very outspoken, especially in 1993 when the Clinton Administration supported Arafat in creating the "PA" which housed the PLO. In Bethlehem and in Jerusalem churches, one can see bullet and vandalism all stemming from the days of the PLO. Mr. Cash chastised the Administration for giving in to "Darkness and Evil that will try to destroy what is good.

being Air force retired I loved seeing Johnny in the USAF uniform. Even though I was RCAF (100 yrs old this 2024) the first airplane I'd fly on was USAF Convair 540, invited aboard by USAF (Norad) General. I was 17 and served caviar -- I had no idea what it was, but was told 'try it you'll like it'. Once off the plane, I thought this Air Force thing isn't so bad. I wish Johnny Cash was still flying with us. (PS I'm 75!)
