A few quality vendors there. I however wouldn't leave without buying something and perhaps even a donation to their orphan non profit. If you really want to make an impact (more so then you already have) always my friend, remember to put your money where your mouth is. Your reputation, impact, and following will grow and you will bless our community that is lapidary living. God bless you Dave
Oh I’d love to buy some malachite from these deserving guys! Wish I had a million bucks so I could spread it around to these great people- and set you up with every lapidary machine, guitars and all the turquoise you’d want Dave🤩
Hey Dave! I really appreciate you throwing in a few specimens here and there! I love your videos and your the king of the shows. Makes me "sort of" feel like I'm there! More specimens please! 👍
Thank you for this video Dave! I just opened a box of malachite eggs, slabs, tumbles, freeforms, and animal carvings from K&A Artisanal. The pieces are great and were each carefully wrapped. Anthony was VERY fast to respond to my emails and to get my order together and shipped out from the show. I have a small retail space here in Pennsylvania and have been wanting to carry more malachite. I am now confident in having a responsible source that is still affordably priced. Thanks guys!
Thanks so much Dave for the videos. You are a wealth of knowledge and very generous to share with everyone. Really appreciate you highlighting these great vendors for the untrained like me
absolutely they are my number one favorite Congolese malachite dealers make sure to get some of the pink colbalto it’s amazing, and very affordable through these gentlemen
Great vendor. Pick a product, be the best at it, like the Brazilian Crystal yesterday. I can’t afford those Brazilian crystals, but I’m interested in the malachite pieces. Thank you for this!
Watching this really felt warm, like learning more beautiful things that I should know ~ such lovely specimens ~ Thank you ~ I love the music talk too ~ oh WOW the Jungle! Praise God from whom all blessings flow COBALTO, my new favorite ~ 💗💜🧚🏻♀️🔮🤍
Dave, thank you so much for all your informative videos! I am a total beginner and heading to Tucson to visit during the last days of the show. Any tips for a beginner in lapidary to bring and which vendors to visit I would so appreciate. Hoping to get there on the last Sunday, exciting! Thank you for your videos!!
@Lapidary Dave you are awesome. Got a cab machine and cutter to begin my journey. Hoping to get some forgiving stones! The designs are in my mind fighting to get out of my hands! Going to donate to your show, learned so much!!
Thanks Lizette ! ❤🙏 we only brought a small amount of these to see if people like them and they are all almost sold out. So you can guarantee that we will be bringing more in our next shipment. Will keep an eye out for the special ones 😊
Actually, they are not, these Congolese families are worried about their children more than you can imagine, it's just stereotyping people are spreading, we are doing this business in a very ethical way and helping the communities over there.
Hiya Dave, Do you know if the mining checked out? I'm told that a lot of Congo mining is controlled by gun-wielding gentlemen using slave labour. I've no idea if that is true, had the person who wrote the article got an axe to grind of their own? Conflict diamonds, I'm told, are controlled by the same people. I would love to know the absolute truth rather than people's opinions. Stay safe, Steve...
Hey Stephen ! Our malachite is mostly from the Tanara Mine in Kolowezi, Congo. From my experience living in the Congo I have never seen what you’ve mentioned but I’ve heard rumours of this. Our miners are families that we support with our business and we live in the Congo with personal relationships with all our people there.
@@khalidhawslithat is perfect; thank you for sharing with us. Unfortunately, I can not afford to travel to The DRC, so have to rely on what people tell me. So to have someone who does live there share this with me is wonderful. Stay safe, Steve...
Honestly, our good friend here kaleed is a great man and works with ethical people. He wouldn’t live there if it was anything but ethical, I know, though it can be similar to what you’re saying all over the Congo, but in the case of these gentlemen, it definitely pans out.
@@lapidarydavethat is perfect. So much evil in our world, the Californian shootings are an example, so it's wonderful when you can find the real deal!!! Steve...
i promise you that the asian market, especially the SEA, china, india we love malachite, but the market of malachite here is rip-off and low quality malachite that are priced even 5-10 times higher than those malachite just try to find a way to sell them in thailand or sea market, i swear people will buy them like cakes
Can you imagine crushing marketable specimens for just the metal content? Short-term profits have caused many poor business decisions. There would be more money in collecting and selling interesting pieces but good luck explaining that to a corporate pinhead.
Yo Dave, imma take a wild guess here.. is this the place that called the cops on you and tried to sicced their animal man-child on you? Said he was a wirey short guy, gonna put you in an " kangaroo headlock" or something??.. 🤔😆 after they saw you touch their specimens?.. 😅
the person who called the cops on us was at the 22nd street show and was one of the outback opal hunters these fine gents are some of the best people i’ve n gemstones ❤️ i do have the footage from the cop calling incident i might make it public one day
Seeing these natural stones and wonderful color is very comforting You look gorgeous Khaled

Thanks for the video brother! I've been missing a lot live shows lately cos I've been busy but I try to get to them when I have time. :)
Thank you so much for watching my friend. I really appreciate it and appreciate you for all that you do.
does this come from natural stone?. This is the first time I've seen a perfectly green stone like this. is this what is called bronze?
Hey John ! Malachite comes from copper. It is 100% natural. It is found where copper is found along with other minerals such as Chrysocolla.
