      So in the case of additional payments ... will me making them big lump sum payments lower my instalment amount or mortgage timeframe at all or does the bank just penalize me for not taking as long as the 300 months I signed up for at the beginning of my Bondage 😢

    Thanks for the advice, got it, love the fact that it’s the same just one needs discipline and eliminate that risk of not getting 100% loan 👊🏾

    Can you please do a video on how you got started. I remember you once said in one of your videos that you even worked for a private school at some point. Love your content

    Thank you, I've always thought the additional payments are a better option. This makes sound sense though

    So, where do you pay the deposit to? The bank?

    • @Mogotsi_P
      @Mogotsi_P ปีที่แล้ว +1

      usually, you pay the lawyers and when the property is transferred, they will pay the seller. - I stand to be corrected.

    Hi Nicolette, does it help to put down a 10 - 20% deposit say maybe a year later after you've been granted 100% loan by the bank?

      Check the charges for paying lump sums. In the UK, we can overpay by 10% of the loan each year with no charges. Beyond the 10% you get charged a 5% fee. You have to check your Terms and Conditions.
