Thanks Nicolette your videos really help. I've been following you since 2016 and in January 2020 I managed to finish paying off my car as I was paying extra since 2019. I applied the snowball method which you speak about in your videos were I first paid extra (double, R4000) on my personal loan as it had the highest interest, then once paid it was off I took that money and paid more on my car installment. When that was settled I then started paying all that money into my bond because my goal is to finish it in 3years (had already paid 4yrs). I'm now paying R14000 extra on top of the R7067 monthly bond installment making it roughly R21k per month. So I'll be saving 12 years all because of your teachings and being disciplined 🙏Danko sisi!

Your content assisted me in not making long-term mistakes when it comes to credit, very informative. When i started working i saved up money to renovate at home then i fell short of cash... lesson learned plan to last cent before building... I then borrowed 50k to finish up and my interest was 12% thanks to your teachings I finished that in, one and half year, as you can choose the period it doesn't have to be 6 years. I finished that and now my interest in personal loan is 9% im looking into buying a car do i use vehicle financing can the interest be higher than the personal loan interest?

Hi Simphiwe, I know you asked Nicolette but here goes. Yes you can. If you're applying for the same type of credit over the same period of time it will not knock your credit rating too badly. So yes absolutely apply to all of them then you can use the offers you get to negotiate better terms with your preferred bank. That's how I did mine, I hope this helps.
