"Hate the sin, love the sinner" just doesn't work. It's awfully bad advice. Whoever came up with it doesn't understand human nature. Jesus simply tells us to love one another. The reason? it's because really we can't do more than one thing at a time, despite all the hype about multi-tasking. If we hate, that hate will grow, because hate is never satisfied.
The value of a human life has to be acknowledged. No matter the circumstances. Otherwise we lose our humanity.
