Anxiety and being chewed is awful, isn't it? When I feel like that, I think to myself, "my record for dealing with this and being "ok" is 100% to date - I'm going to be ok" and I find that helps me. Sending hugs x
I have one of those attachment sets and find it useful, but it doesn't fit my Dyson cordless. I have to haul the Henry over to my sewing room to use the tools, so it doesn't happen very often
